Everything you need for a cosy Lakeland stay!

Great location - in the middle of Coniston, Ambleside and 15 minutes from Grizedale forest. Very quiet property, lovely grounds to walk the dog and walks from the doorstep to tarn Hows. The apartment had everything we needed. We especially loved the cosy fire and armchairs after some soggy days walking.

Great rooms and amazing peaceful grounds, you can leave the car and just walk from your accommodation. Staff very friend

Rooms were a bit chilly even when we the turned radiators up, didn’t seem to have a separate thermostat/ timer to allow you to control the temperature, this was in mid September but it was a very wet cool weekend.

The location is great, the apartment was clean and had essentials.

I think for the price we paid basics like sugar, tea, coffee and a hoover or dustpan and brush should be provided.

It was a lovely stay perfect location, we had an issue with the heating which was rectified straight away The beds were so comfortable
