We really liked the location of Marske stables, although quite remote, was very comfortable in peaceful surroundings. Good roomy accommodation very well equipped.
We were with my elderly parents and the only negative was the lighting was a bit dark, and they were struggling especially in the evenings.

Lovely location, very spacious room.
Not particularly clean, lacking in finer details such as dirty glasses in cupboards, nearly empty hand soaps without and shampoo or body wash provided, cobwebs on ceiling, dog hairs on sofa cushions, dirty shower head, loose fittings on bath, broken curtain rail, rotten peach on window sill from previous occupants, only 3 tea bags left for a 2 night stay. Particularly bad was potential rat or mouse droppings outside our door with a Henry Hoover right next to them but nothing cleaned during our 2 day stay with no staff seen to report it to. Overall could not be described as a "luxury" apartment.
