Only the helpful staff.

The overall experience was disappointing. The hygiene standards were very poor—the fridge had a strong unpleasant odor, the floors were sticky, and most of the furnishings were old and worn out. The entire apartment had a persistent, musty smell that made the stay uncomfortable.

Apartamento surpreendente!

Apesar de ficar num bairro esquisito, tem uma boa localização, próximo aos principais pontos turísticos e da estação de trem. É um ótimo apartamento com ótimas instalações. Dois banheiros e três quartos bem divididos. Vale a pena pelo custo benefício.

A porta da varanda estava com dificuldade para abrir e a Tv estava posicionada numa localização que não tinha tomada próximo. Tentei ligar por pensamento, mas não consegui. Rsrs

Grzyb w łazience, odpadajace okno balkonowe, niedomykające się drzwi w pokojach, niemożliwy smród w sypialni (przenieśliśmy dzieci na kanapę), kuchnia brudna, zniszczona i słabo wyposażona, wyrwane gniazdka w łazience przy umywalce - niebezpieczeństwo porażenia prądem

Lage gut, Unterkunft wäre ok, wenn nicht alles so schmutzig wäre.

Die Lage war sehr gut, direkt beim Hauptbahnhof. Trotzdem hörte man keinen Zug. Alle 2 Minuten fuhr ein Bus in die Altstadt. Auch zu Fuß war es durch den Mirabellgarten nicht weit. In unmittelbarer Nähe waren Geschäfte und man konnte etwas essen. Als Entschädigung für das Warten erhielten wir Fahrkarten für die Öffis.

Als wir um halb 4 (Einchecken um 3 Uhr) ankamen, war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig. Nach einer halben Stunde wurden wir ins Apartment gebracht. Statt 2 Schlafzimmer gab es nur eines, aber die Betten waren gut. Alles war unfassbar schmutzig: Die Herdplatte, das Backrohr, der Tisch, die Laden und Küchenschränke waren derart verschmutzt, dass es mit Abwischen nicht getan war. Die Tür und die Lade des Küchenschrankes fielen beim Öffnen auseinander. Die Heizung ließ sich nicht abdrehen (Juli!!) Eigentlich wollten wir selbst Kleinigkeiten für die Kinder und das Frühstück zubereiten. Der Wasserkocher hatte keinen Strom und war verkalkt außerdem war kein Besteck und nicht genügend Tassen, Gläser und Teller vorhanden. Also, wer etwas Kochen möchte, muss gutes Putzmittel und Geschirr mitnehmen. Der Fußboden war so schmutzig, dass die weißen Socken meiner Enkelin bald schwarz waren. WC, Dusche und Kühlschrank waren akzeptabel.

Parkplatz sehr teuer und extra zu bezahlen

Zimmer waren wie beschrieben.

Vor Ort wurden nochmals 20€ für den Parkplatz verlangt. Schlafzimmerfenster ließ sich nicht öffnen.

Nie wieder - nicht mal wenn es gratis wäre.

Bett war halbwegs bequem.

Unterkunft war in 15 Uhr immer noch nicht fertig. Wir sind extra später gekommen, da es geheißen hat dass das Zimmer um 14 Uhr fertig sein sollte. Die Zimmer waren extrem dreckig. Die Ausstattung war SEHR mies. Die Möbeln waren teilweise schon kurz vor dem auseinander fliegen. Wenn man den Kühlschrank aufmachen wollte - kommt einen gleich der ganze Kasten entgegen- wo der Kühlschrank verbaut war. Die Fenster sind ein Witz. Richtig alt. Man kommt auch nicht abdunkeln, da der Vorhang nicht über das ganze Fenster gereicht hat. Das Badezimmer hatte keine Lüftung. Die Dusche war undicht, so dass das Badezimmer immer Unterwasser war. Es gab keine duschmatte. Der Fön ist ebenso ein Witz - grad dass ein bisschen Luft rauskam. Der Abfluss von der Dusche war mit kilometerlangen Haaren versehen, so das nichts abläuft. Der Klodeckel war nicht für die Toilette - daher ist er immer weggerutscht. Es hat sowas von gestunken in der wohnung. Es gab kein Putzzeug. Es gab keinen richtigen Ventilator. Nur 1 Zimmer hatte so ein Spielzeug Ventilator an der Decke - in den anderen Zimmer musst man halt schwitzen. Keine Ahnung von wo die Bilder sind, dieses Zimmer hatten wir auf jeden Fall nicht. Die Couch war kaputt und steinhart - auf der konnte man kaum schlafen. Personal kann kein deutsch - bis auf eine Person. Mann musste alles vorab bezahlen, was ich noch nie erlebt hab - Parkplatz und Taxe. Wir haben auch angefragt - da wir Putzzeug benötigen, wurde ignoriert. Es gab in der ganzen wohnung 2 Messer - sonst nichts. Es waren Töpfe vorhanden - die würde ich nicht mal anfassen - so dreckig waren die. Der Ofen wurde seit 56 Jahren nicht mehr gereinigt. Hier wurde kein Essen gemacht. Sowas sollte einer Behörde gemeldet werden. Lieber schlafe ich auf der Straße - als für sowas nochmal Geld auszugeben.
