Great, large place next to transit is great for a Salzburg hub!

Great location next to transit, clean, large place perfect for two sets of people wanting some privacy from each other. We were a family with an additional guest, and the layout was perfect for our stay with shared communal space and the two bedrooms independent from each other.

Comfortable roomy apartment - very easy travel into Salzburg old town too

Very well situated comfortable, spacious apartment. About 1km gentle walk from the main station. Or an easy bus ride (no 3 - same one goes into town). Nice quiet area of Salzburg. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay again. Helpful hosts.

Got the check in code late on morning we arrived - which is standard procedure I know - but I was stressing a bit and would have preferred to get it the evening before.

Comfortable Stay and safe parking

Friendly host. Gave us a lot of recommendation. Great Location. parking is big enough and It is private so our car was safe and secure. New property well furnished, comfortable beds. big enough for us to enjoy our stay. well furnished new kitchen. highly recommended. We will come back for sure.

A lakás fűtetlen volt, mikor megérkeztünk , csak 2. Nap estére volt elfogadható a hőmérséklet. A ház dohos szagot áraszt, bár a tulajdonos igyekszik javítani illatositokkal.

Eiskalter Aufenthalt und Kurzurlaub in Salzburg

Lage und für eine Familie großzügige Räume.

Es war extrem schwer zu finden da die Adresse ohne Hausnummer war und in dem Apartment war es extrem kalt. Wir haben alle bis morgen gefroren vor Kälte da bei unsere Ankunft alle Fenster auf Kippe offen waren und wir die Zimmer nicht so schnell heizen konnten.

Nagyon közel volt a buszmegálló a szálláshoz. Könnyű bejutni a városba. A lakás tágas, kényelmesen elfértünk. Csendes környék.

Kicsit hűvös volt a lakás a fűtés ellenére. A fázósok hozzanak papucsot, pizsamát.

Se não tiver condições de alugar nada melhor é uma opção, senão não perca seu tempo e dinheiro.

Lugar limpo, estrutura boa de cozinha, espaço para famílias.

Acústica péssima pelo tipo de construção de baixo custo. Você ouve a noite inteira os andares de cima andando ou qualquer burulho quw estejam fazendo. Na primeira noite 3 pessoas bebadas da unidade de cima dos mesmos administradores ficaram fazendo barulhos nas escadas e andando por tudo. Com dois bebês e como tinhamhos chegado de longa viagem foi insuportável. No dia seguinte aluguei outro local e me mudei. Também tem um banheiro bem pequeno e ruim. Um lugar que comporta até 6 pessoas ter um único banheiro e minúsculo, não dá certo. Distante da cidade também, num bairro à beira de uma linha de trem

Катастрофа!!! Хуже апартаментов наша группа не встречала нигде в мире. Ужасный сервис и ужасная вонь по всем апартаментам. Горячая вода с перебоями, один день есть, на второй нет. НИКОГДА, абсолютно НИКОГДА НЕ СТОИТ ЗАСЕЛЯТЬСЯ В ЭТИ АППАРТАМЕНТЫ НА КРАЮ ГОРОДА.

Абсолютно везде воняет. Чтобы добраться в любую точку , вам придётся ехать на автобусе либо на такси, что очень дорого. Lessor, хозяин аппаратов, очень нагло врет и делает все из одолжения.

Amazing stay at this new property 😀

Wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt in Salzburg! Beim Check-in wurden wir vom Gastgeber herzlich begrüßt, sodass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten. Die Kommunikation mit ihm verlief während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts reibungslos und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber und gepflegt, mit luxuriöser Atmosphäre und äußerst bequemen Betten. Die stilvolle und durchdachte Einrichtung der Zimmer machte den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Ein großes Plus waren die privaten Parkplätze vor Ort – eine Seltenheit in der Stadt Salzburg – die gegen eine geringe Gebühr angeboten wurden. Insgesamt hat alles unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem Salzburg-Besucher wärmstens empfehlen. Absolut 10/10
