Wunderbar!

First and foremost, I'd like to thank Barbara & Tom for such a beautiful place. It's my first time doing a self check-in for my travels (usually I'll book hotels), and it was pretty easy. All the instructions (in english) given were very detailed. Even to the point of check-out. You just need to read and process it. They will text you prior to your arrival. Everything went smoothly. They are also available via WhatsApp if you need to enquire anything else. The house was really clean, situated in a beautifully quiet area. Can't say much about public transport because we drove around. It's pretty easy to get to using just GPS via Google map. There's a petrol kiosk and supermarket nearby to get our stuff. Comes with all the toiletries except toothbrushes. There's other stuff like vacuum, broom, fire extinguisher, and iron board (though we dont use it), but it's readily available in case theres mishaps. The kitchen area was great too, enough utensils, and all sorts of glasses and plates prepared. Microwave, cooking cutleries, pots, and pans are all available. WiFi is available, too! The laundry area is available somewhere outside the house, with the detergent provided (did not try the laundry though). My small family of 4 (2 adults, 2 child) really love the place. It's our first trip to Austria and we definitely love it. So welcoming! I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who's coming to Salzburg! (Photos were taken upon checkout)

Quiet location with big room.

Big and clean rooms. Sofabed was set up already when arrived. A fully equipped kitchen.

The bedding in the bunk bed for the kids were not smooth as the other beds, kids mentioned it's kind of ich.

If you have a car than it’s very nice place to stay

The apartment is big enough for one family having two kids, it’s quite clean and it’s kind of new apartment

It’s quite isolated, no shop, no supermarket near by. It’s outside from Salzburg. If you have car than it will be fine else with public transport there is only one bus which have service in 30 minutes only in day. Taxis and food delivery company avoids to come/ deliver food on that place easily.

Perfect place to stay for your Salzburg visit

The apartment is perfect for a cozy, quiet stay in the suburbs. The apartment is very modern, clean and well furnished, we did not miss anything. Barbara and Tom are really helpful hosts, they were responding to our questions very quickly and even helped me to arrange a cake for a birthday. :) We will be coming back for sure if we are visiting Salzburg again.

family-friendly, wonderful appartment

The apartment is located outside of the city center, but the bus stop is close by (only a few minutes walk, but Google Maps did not show the exact root for getting to the apartment). It does not take long by bus, and a taxi will most likely cost less than €20. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The view is lovely. There is a pleasant terrace. The owner promptly responded to our questions and dealt with the issues.

It's a beautiful spacious apartment, well stocked with all essentials, very clean. The host was very responsive. Everything worked and in good condition. Great mountain views. Overall one of the best stays I've had in Europe, would definitely stay there again.

It is a little ways from the center, so probably better if you have a car. Though there is a bus going there as well. But this apartment was a lot more affordable than places in the center.

Wonderful Appartement

Very modern and cozy apartment with everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of place for clothes, separate bathroom and toilet, tv, fast Wifi. Great rooms with heaters and separate entrance. Big parking. Easy check-in with very friendly and helpful staff. Awesome location. Totally recommend!

Villa Rigoletto is a clean, well-appointed guest apartment with thoughtful touches such as spices and basic cooking items, a good array of cookware, dishwashing liquid and tablets, and toys for the children. Our children enjoyed the playground on site, and the parking was spacious enough for our family vehicle. We could easily walk down the hill and take the bus into Salzburg to go sight-seeing. Tom and Barbara, the hosts, were very gracious and accommodating when we had a medical emergency and had to go to the hospital in Salzburg. They allowed us to stay extra time and were very flexible to help us with extended checkout times. They quickly helped us other local information we needed since we were not familiar with the area. We highly recommend the apartment and the wonderful hosts!

Lovely, modern apartment managed by an excellent host!

Lovely modern apartment, with very nice rooms and a large lounge area. There's also a patio and garden area that was really nice to have in the good weather. The apartment was sparkling clean and had all the amenities we needed - including an excellent 4K TV. There's free on-site parking, and very easy access to Salzburg center. Above all else though, our host Thomas was lovely. He was so gracious to show us around the apartment even though you can do a contact-less check-in, and was very quick to answer any questions that we had. Highly recommend!!

Villa on the hill

The property is on the hill, nice view, very quiet and comfortable, each apartemen have each terrace, garden and free private parking. Not far away from the center of Salzburg. Hope we will stay this apartement when i have traveling to Salzburg again

The TV connection is not so good, i hope the owner could change with the newer version...

Comfortable and very secure apartment

In tranquil and safety location. Very secure, Comfortable and clean apartment. Bed and pillow are very comfortable. Good for self-drive travel group. We all loved the beautiful view from public area. I will recommend to all travellers.

The apartment could be better if the following can improve: 1. The bunk bed feeling a bit unsecured when climb up, better changed to 2 single beds. 2. Coffee and bottle of water required extra charge, suggested removed those charge items from apartment. 3. Washing machine not installed at apartment and requires walk upstairs to free public laundry with time limited. 4. Cooking oil and tongs should be provide in kitchen. Apart from these, we all loved your apartment and especially your comfortable pillow.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hat uns als Familie mit Baby sehr gut gefallen. Großartige Ferienwohnung, uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen

Das Apartment hat wirklich alles, was man sich als Familie an Ausstattung wünscht. Sogar Nähzeug und eine Waschmaschine im Keller. Wäschetrockner auf der Terrasse; wirklich alles da, was man zum Kochen braucht (nicht nur für einen schnelles Fertiggericht...). Fünf Minuten und man ist in salzburg unten, Supermärkte in sieben Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war großartig, ausführliche Anleitung per WhatsApp. Sogar Nahverkehrstickets hätten sie uns vorab besorgt! Einfach Klasse!

Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, aber irgendwann ist der Urlaub leider zu Ende...

Appartement agréable et au calme mais quelques réserves

L'appartement est situé dans une petite résidence neuve privée et au calme. L'appartement est propre. La litterie est de qualité. La terrasse est agréable. Le parking mis à disposition est un plus.

En revanche, nous n'avons pas apprécié de découvrir à notre arrivée qu'il n'y avait pas de lave linge dans l'appartement, contrairement à ce qui etait indiqué dans l'annonce. Il a fallu se rendre dans un local partagé où se trouvaient des machines payantes. De plus, les ingredients de première nécessité tels que l'huile, le vinaigre, le sucre, le café, le thé et l'essuie-tout n'étaient pas mis à disposition. Des capsules nespresso étaient facturées à 1 euros pièce. Le vin proposé n'était pas un cadeau de bienvenu mais était aussi facturé 12 euros. Nous avons trouvé cela mesquin au vu du prix de location (1000 euros pour 4 nuits). Les transats et le parassol qui apparaissaient sur les photos de la terrasse n'étaient pas, non plus, disposibles. Enfin, je recommande d'investir dans des rideaux occultants car les stores vénitiens sont insuffisants. Il est à noter aussi que la petite chambre avec les lits superposés est sombre car elle ne dispose pas d'une véritable fenêtre mais seulement d'une petite ouverture à hauteur de plafond.
