Great place to stay.

The owners are very attentive and takes care of late check in after the carnaval. He cleans the bathroom for the next person to use, prepares breakfast and there is always coffee available.

The bathroom is shared, didn’t notice it at the booking page, but since it’s always so clean it didn’t matter.

A beautiful stay.

A lovely stay! The owner was very kind and accommodating. He even offered to get up at 3am when we were leaving to go to the airport to give us breakfast. :) The room was lovely, AC was great, and the shared bathroom was always clean. Regarding location, we were able to take a 20 minute stroll to the main Santa Teresa area and felt safe walking. Uber easily reached the inn. Thanks for a great stay!!

One of the best stays in Rio

This place is a gem. the view from my balcony was amazing and the location is great in Santa Teresa. Arthur is a great host he will go above and beyond to help you have the best stay possible. What i love the most is that you can have your breakfast at anytime you want up until 10am I believe. I will absolutely stay here again when i come back to Rio. THanks Arthur!

location, brakefast, view, hospitality, I liked everything. The bath is outside the room and shared, but the room and the bathroom have everything you need to stay and relax. The view from the terrace to the statue is simply unreal. And the neighbourhood is very quiet and right next to the carnival

Excelente. Por el precio que cancelas tienes aún más departe de ellos. Son maravillas personas. Atentas.

Lo amplio de las habitaciones, la limpieza y el cuidado de tener todo como corresponde. Desayuno rico y sobre todo la buena disposición de Artur y esposa. Excelentes anfitriones. Respetan tu espacio y tiempo. Baño siempre aseado y café a disposición libre le da un toque positivo. Algo importante no menor, es que te brindan shampo, acondicionador y jabón. Toallas, sandalias y bata. No necesitas viajar con eso.

Como algo que podría potenciar las habitaciones podría ser algún frigobar para poder mantener tus aguas o bebidas heladas ya que el calor es demasiado. Todo de manera de consejo pero ellos también no tienen problema de guardar tus cosas, pero es para tener un grado de independencia y no molestarlos mucho.

Lo que mas nos gusto fue la hospitalidad del dueño que nos recibio muy educadamente y nos hizo el desayuno antes de partir al aeropuerto a un horario especifico (super temprano en la mañana)

El colchon fue muy incomodo realmente, la ubicacion no es tan linda para salir caminando a recorrer y no me di cuenta antes de reservar que los baños son compartidos

Não espere um prédio moderno com tecnologias atuais, mas um excelente atendimento e localização.

O hotel tem uma boa localização, estava tudo bastante limpo, mesmo os espaços compartilhados. O café da manhã é simples, mas feito com muito capricho. O Arthur foi um excelente anfitrião e administrador, atendeu a todas as minhas necessidades. O quarto é bastante reservado e a vista do terraço realmente muito bonita.

A estrutura do prédio é muito antiga, de pelo menos 100 anos, algumas coisas feitas na "gambiarra" porque a tecnologia não conversa bem com a história, o chão range, a porta é torta, algumas paredes tem pequenas rachaduras... para quem está acostumado com hotéis modernos, isso causa desconforto na primeira impressão, mas depois você acaba se acostumando. A vista do hotel também era do terraço e não do quarto, mas o terraço era acessível a todos os hóspedes.

Notre hôte était super aidant et au petit soin, trés disponible. Le lit etait confortable. Le logement est ancien mais trés bien rénové et entretenu. Le petit déjeuner était trop mignon et assez complet

Comodidad y buena ubicación.

En primer lugar la ubicación súper estratégica, barrio muy seguro, bonito, limpio y cerca de todos los puntos turísticos 15 minutos o menos en Uber. baño compartido que ni se notaba que se compartía, porque constantemente estaban limpiando. La cama súper cómoda, todo muy limpio. Desayuno muy bueno. El anfitrión 10/10 extremadamente amable, comprensible, nos sentimos muy acogidos.

El desayuno tenía jugo natural muy rico, pero por gusto personal hubiera agregado una frutita también.

J adorrrrrreeeeee cette endroit !!!! ❤️ trop de charme la chambre et le lieux est magique avec des hauts plafonds, le petit déjeuné est top ! Et la salle de bain commune magique ;) je ne vous en dit pas plus sur cette pièce 🎭 et vous laisserai découvrir par vous même. Ps: si vous cherchez un restaurant il y en a un en haut de la rue sur la place de l église, hyper mignon pour finir une soirée à deux le nom : santa saideira. Bref un bel endroit :)

Juste, attention les murs ne sont pas épais donc on entend tout ne faite pas trop de bruit, mais parfait pour passer une soirée calme ☺️

Foi ótima

Ótima localização, o que facilitou muito a nossa vida já que chegamos as 5:00 da manhã no RJ e a recepção é 24 horas, fomos direto para o hotel, e fomos muito bem atendidas. Os quartos são muito confortáveis e aconchegantes, e conseguíamos ver o Cristo Redentor da nossa janela. As pessoas que nos atenderam foram extremamente educadas, o atendimento foi ótimo. Não tivemos problema algum em pedir carro por aplicativos. Não ouvimos nenhum tipo de barulho (parecia até que estávamos sozinhas no hotel inteiro haha). Com certeza em uma outra oportunidade voltarei.

O café da manhã estava excelente!! A Localização ficou próxima do meu objetivo. O atendimento do anfitrião foi excelente.

O que não gostei foi que a fechadura da porta é muito antiga e tive muita difuculdade para manusear, e a falta de banheiro individual.
