Lastminute stay in Rio Janeiro the staff for great read this with a smile upgraded room gave us an upgraded room helped us with the Taxi to the city. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel visitors from the UK.😃

The hotel's location is close to Lapa, however everything around the hotel is very questionable. There are many homeless people around and it's not very safe. The breakfast is poor for a 4-star hotel, especially considering the price per night. The receptionists are slow (I waited 30 minutes for check-out, almost missing my flight) because only one receptionist works during check-out time. The only friendly staff in the hotel are the housekeepers and the cocktail bartender at the bar. I wouldn't return to this hotel.
