    Check in is at 15:00. I arrived at 17:00. Room not ready. Told ready 15 minutes. I was told the same 15 minutes 6 times before I got the key finally at 18:30. The room I received was not what I booked. Worst room I’ve ever stayed in and at *** a night. Booked a standard room that looked nice in the photos but given a room with 3 single beds and 6 lockers. That’s all that was in the room besides the bathroom. They put me in a shared room that would have been ok in my backpacking days but was not what I paid for.

    So I went to Brazil by myself for the Carnival Festival and before I made the trip I made sure to book a Hotel a month in advance, being this one right here. But when I landed in Brazil and tried to check in using the booking number, confirmation email, and receipt on my phone that I had in my hand, just to be told that the hotel doesn’t have any rooms available. Whether the fault was on the hotel themselves or the app Agoda as a whole since I just tried to use my Agoda cash to book a hotel in Philadelphia that I was gifted for this inconvenience right here but yet I wasn’t able to successfully book and now my Agoda cash is all gone. All in all this was all a terrible experience, from the customer service of the hotel to Agoda.
