Great owners who make you feel at home in a wonderful artsy area of Santa Theresa
The location is terrific with easy access to great restaurants in Santa Theresa. You can also jump on the tram to shop in Lapa or Gloria….very interesting and artsy, bohemian Neighborhood with many small museums and parks. The owners are lovely and conscientious people who made sure that I had everything I needed. The house cats are delightful. A very chill vibe.
I arrived the week before carnival, so it was quite loud some nights, which was my fault for booking at this time. But I do recommend earbuds if you are noise-sensitive, since the area is definitely a popular party area.

Beautiful, historic house in a central location with wonderful hosts.
Alexandre and Lavinia are wonderful hosts, such welcoming and warm people. The house is full of history, even their own art is everywhere. The room was above all expectations, both size and beautiful balcony. Area is vibrant and the heart of Santa Teresa. Highly recommend!

The pictures don’t live up to what this house is! Hudge, high sealings, full of art, perfect location with many cool bars around and the best host! We loved it!!!

Superbe maison en plein cœur de Santa Terresa. Les hôtes sont des artistes qui exposent leurs œuvrent magnifiques dans la maison et il y a un agréable petit jardin. Les hôtes ont été d’une grande gentillesse, toujours arrangeants et plein de bons conseils sur ce qu’il y a faire dans le quartier.

Niezwykle klimatyczne miejsce.
To najlepsze miejsce na St. Teresa. Niezwykle klimatyczna przestrzeń z pięknymi wnętrzami i niezwykle miłymi gospodarzami. Do wyłącznej dyspozycji jest duża sypialnia na piętrze z własną łazienką i tarasem. Pozostała część domu jest współdzielona z gospodarzami i trzema mieszkającymi kotami. Na piętro prowadzi obszerna klatka schodowa. Na parterze znajduje się także jadalnia, kuchnia oraz pokój do medytacji i ćwiczeń yogi. Cały dom wypełniony jest obrazami Aleksandra (gospodarza obiektu). Sama dzielnica jest także wyjątkowa. St. Terasa to dzielnica artystów z klimatycznymi knajpkami, galeriami i sklepami z rękodziełem. To także dobre miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania centralnych dzielnic Rio De Janerio. Spędziliśmy tam niesamowite chwile poznając nieoczywistą stronę tego niezwykłego miasta.
Miejsce ma swój specyficzny charakter, który nam osobiście bardzo odpowiadał. Nie jest to jednak miejsce dla każdego. Nie oferuje standardu pokoju hotelowego.
