    After I handed over my passport and tried to check in. After few minutes, the staff told me some of the rooms in their hotel have water damages problem. I was asked if I am willing to get ransferred to their sister hotel outside the downtown area. I shouldn't have agreed at the beginning. The hotel I was transferred to came with a much smaller room. I filed complaints to Agoda without any success since the hotel said I agreed to move to their sister hotel. At least, they should have refunded me some for discount.
