Great location, clean, well equipped for a few days.
Shower head needs fixing. Water sprays out everywhere.

Powerful hot shower - I really like this.
I like the layout of the flat and the space.
As mentioned before, I don't like the stain on the sofa - clean it or cover it is my suggestion.
And the pedal bin was broken - I don't like having to touch the bin because then i have to wash my hands every time.
Noise from outside [close to street] and from other residents walking about can be disruptive, so that my sleep is often disturbed.

The property was pleasant but dated and in need of some TLC. Location was great but that is probably the best thing going for this property. With some more care and attention it has the capability of being gteat.
Fan in the kitchen was filthy and items hadn't been moved in the lounge for cleaning. WiFi wasn't working for which we hadn't been informed prior to arrival. We wouldn't stay at this property again.

I'm based in London, so a one bed flat at £60 per night seems like a bargain.
There was plenty of space, it was clean, it was warm. There were plenty of facilities.
The shower was hot and powerful.
I didn't check if there were ironing facilities before booking, so was pleased with the good condition of them.
There was a partial WIFI issue which BT took a while to fix, but the host kept me updated.
I would like to see the sofa cover changed due to the stain.

The fact that it was just a 10 minute walk into Norwich center was great. We also appreciated the gated parking for an additional cost. We were able to check in early as we had arrived by train sooner than expected. Great to have had fans in the apartment as it did get hot.
The little park over the road was a meeting point for drunken teenagers and drug dealing was not great. The noise kept us up almost nightly during our 8 day stay. The overall cleanliness of this apartment was not great. The kitchen fan, directly over the cooker, was very dirty, and there was dust and older dirt in most corners. The walls between apartments are paper thin, so expect a lot of noise from your neighbours. There were a number of things that need attention: the freezer compartment needed a desperate de-icing as the door didn't close, the lid of the bin is broken, the oven doesn't work properly, the TV kept playing up and probably needs resetting, the bathroom would benefit from having some shelving, one side of the bed had no plug access as it was covered by the headboard which is bolted to the wall, the wardrobe would benefit from more hangers. Overall, the apartment looks very tired and it is a stretch to justify the price currently being charged.

Good location
On the street, dangerous noisy and linens where some dodgy polyester black ones than smell horribly. They caused me itching all night. Also the smell was so intense that was nauseous.

An excellent apartment very close to the Cathedral quarter but on a quiet road. Very roomy comfortable and well equipped. Parking arrangement off street was also appreciated

I particularly appreciated the fans provided as the weather was particularly hot while I was there.
I had a problem with the shower head and TV but as soon as I reported this both problems were attended to very promptly.

It was clean and cosy.
It was a bit hot in the apartment. I like to have the window open and it is right on the street. It wasn’t too noisy though considering we stayed on a Friday and Saturday.

Centrally located and easy to drive in from the north, avoiding city centre. Comfy bed, clean, minimalistic/pleasant design. Some tea/coffee provided.
Located right on the busy street so impossible to have blinds/windows open (2 nights in middle of a heatwave!). Also at night it felt very intrusive from people outside talking etc and could do with some curtains in the living room as a well as the blinds. Shower head not fitted properly and squirted water sideways all the time! Freezer part of fridge desperately needs de-icing and couldn't close the door on it. Bathroom mirror far too small/high!

Excellent location, right by the city centre. Easy to park up as well.
The bathroom sink does not drain properly, and with the towel rail being switched on all the time, it was boiling in there, but these aren't really anything that ruin your stay!

Clean, good family and great location
Walls a bit thin with other flats, but all the other positives out weigh this

The location was great. Just a 10 minute walk into the cathedral and town. Walking along the river was lovely.
The apt could be made much more cosy and comfortable with just a bit more care and furnishings. In particular, the dining table could be placed near the french doors to look out on the river and enjoy the views.

Self contained
It had artificial smelly things which caused my husband hay fever, very strong ones, smelled like a public loo

Great location, close to the Cathedral in the historic Over the Water with lots of second hand shops and original restaurants nearby.
WiFi kept dropping which caused some problems for work meetings and the kitchen was lightly equipped.

Die Lage und Einrichtung der Wohnung.
Das kleine Bett und die sehr weiche Matratze, zu wenige Esslöffel. 1. Nacht: Ruhestörung durch Betrunkene auf gegenüberliegenden Spielplatz.
