Very stressful.
The location was fine for accessing the city centre and the hospital which is where we were visiting a sick relative.
As we entered, the whole apartment stank of cigarette smoke even though it was designated a non smoking let. Although superficially clean looking, it could have done with a deep clean especially as we had young children with us. Old food was left in the fridge (which also needed a clean) the washing machine leaked when we tried to use it so we had to use a launderette. The oven also broke down, which however was attended to promptly by the company and fixed. The garden looked rickety and unsafe for children. There was also a cigarette bin on the wall with cigarette butts on the floor by the back door.

Great location and to have parking was a real bonus! Lovely and clean accommodation .
The location and having the whole house including fully equipped kitchen.
The garden area could have been maintained a bit better.
