Location great but disappointing apartment.
The location.
The shower was really poor and needed a really good clean. the apartment smelled really funny. The window to the kitchen was lodged open and it was absolutely freezing. There was no way to close the window. No thermostat to control heating but a small heater had been left allowing the apartment to be warmed.

We enjoyed our stay despite the flaws.
The location was brilliant. Well placed for the city centre and other places we needed to get to. Parking was convenient.
Communication with the vendor was difficult. I never got a reply on the phone. The kitchen could have been cleaner, plates and cutlery were greasy. Only one glass in the cupboard. Bathroom not cleaned properly, the bin hadn't been emptied and the shower head needs replacing.

Good location, but needs improvement for self catering
The location is excellent, with convenient parking
The apartment is very poorly provided for to self cater - the kitchen in particular... there are no basics provided for...no cloth or sponge to clean dishes or surfaces, no dish washing liquid. A salt and pepper cruet is provided, but they are empty... the stove is dated, and the markings rubbed off with age, so it's very difficult to know what rings to use, levels of heat, etc. This makes the place feel rather mean and unwelcoming.

Maybe some basics such as tea bags , coffee, sugar etc also had to go out and buy toilet roll as there was hardly any.

DO NOT BOOK - FILTHY
Flat was filthy had to clean it ourselves. Hoover had not been used for months. Thick dust/cobwebs. Kitchen cooker/ pans we couldn't use because they were so dirty. Draining board/fridge had not been cleaned. Fridge was difficult to get to. Airer was broken so unable to use washing machine. Bathroom in need of repair/heated radiator you couldn't turn off or had been cleaned/no extractor fan Portable heater a fire hazard as no legs. Wardrobe/drawers dirty. No toiletries owner said there was. Only toilet paper/handwash. Not sure if bed had been changed. Bottom sheet was ripped so exposed heavily stained mattress cover. Pillows dirty/old. Duvet was stained. Bed sheets so old they were uncomfortable. Neighbour was noisy/smell of heavy skunk/beer. Area full of drug addicts. Groups of drunk men in other flats within building, main entrance was left unlocked. Flat overlooked abandoned block of flats with smashed windows. Road a race track at night. Immediately reported to booking.com who are taking this disguisting flat situation further. Spoilt our trip DO NOT book. Very disappointed. Not even basic cleanliness.

beautiful place, very quiet, enjoyed my stay
Lots of space, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring town. amazingly positioned, maybe 5 minute walk to the castle, from there you can go everywhere.

Great location, but......
Excellent location in the middle of wonderful Norwich City! Secure parking Reasonably quiet Plenty of hot water Nice and warm (central heating)
Couldn't get electric oven to work. Had to phone owner. They responded quickly. I had to take photo of oven controls and WhatsApp this to them. It got sorted, but simply putting the instructions in the 'information' folder would have been far easier! Electric hob didn't work effectively- couldn't heat a saucepan. The microwave hadn't been cleaned. The baking tray in the oven was greasy and hadn't been cleaned. Only one toilet roll in bathroom. Two adults staying for two nights! No washing up liquid in kitchen- even a small amount would've sufficed. And no sponge to wash dishes. Trying to lock the door to the studio was a very frustrating experience- the lock needs attention. The studio is 'tired' in places.

Very convenient, well priced, great location.
Perfectly located, directly in the city centre, 5-10 minutes walk from anywhere. Great location for pubs, bars and restaurants. Well catered for with en suite bathroom and equipped kitchen. Clean throughout. Plenty of pay and display parking out front (I was there on a weekend so needed to pay between 8-6pm - although I was only there for an hour in that time). Very responsive host. Highly recommended.
