May be tricky to access.

Big garden. Comfortable. Spacious. Quiet. Clean. Nice lounge for watching TV.

Lock box located on a side wall - not immediately visible - especially when dark. More information about how to access the property would have been helpful as it is a little awkwardly located (especially when it is dark)- set back from the main Dereham Rd going toward Norwich. Coming from Norwich you have to turn right, stay in a narrow island in the middle of the dual carriageway to wait for a gap in traffic & then turn slightly left on to the sandy unmetalled road/track in front of the house. This access issue is the only reason we would not return to the property again. Our sat nav couldn't cope with it. Outside toilet didn't have a working bulb - so couldn't be used after dark.

Spacious interior, pretty clean, own parking , owner easy to contact Extra toilet outdoors was useful! Garden seating was useful on a sunny day. WiFi worked well

Bathroom door - handle on door had no functionality. Owner popped in while we were out for the day, which is ok, it's their property, but it's just nice to let us know.

The location was very convenient as we were visiting family in the area.

We didn’t like that there was not a double bed in one of the bedrooms. I didn’t notice this on the photos or description at the time of booking.

A good quality short term let with many positive features.

A very nice property in a convenient location at a reasonable price. Four family members enjoyed our stay and would come again. There were some nice ‘extras’ such as Netflix and tea/coffee makings on arrival. Overall, a good quality home-from-home, with the bonus of a lovely garden.

We did not find the beds comfortable, but that is always a matter of personal opinion. It would have been good to have information about local recycling of household waste.

Thoroughly recommended spacious and very clean house.

Really good property - loads of parking, lovely garden, house really clean and spacious, kitchen really good and equipment all worked very well. Bed comfortable. No complaints at all.

Two things that would have made it slightly better and that is coat hooks in the hallway and a curtain in the kitchen so we were not looking directly into next door's house. Honestly, this is nit-picking. It was all so good but I guess these little things might have made it slightly better.

lovely clean and cosy home

What a lovely home to stay in for the weekend. It was a little further from the city than expected but near all major bus routes and less than ten minute taxi drive away. It was very clean the garden was beautiful and ideal for a family with children though it doesn’t have a double bed it does sleep five. Thank you so much we will be using this again.

there’s very little to dislike for us personally unless you’re really picky. Only the distance from the city as we are usually used to walking in to the city from where we choose to stay. I think whoever books this place should be very grateful.

The house is very tastefully fitted out and decorated.

The shower was extremely difficult to turn off, we had to use the bath all the time.

Comfortable, very clean, spacious House.

Good location, very clean and spacious house, good information from hosts. No need to contact them during stay, as no problems encountered at all. Good WiFi connection, large garden for children to let off steam. Really handy for Norwich and reasonable distant from Cromer in one direction and Pettits Adventure park and the Norfolk broads in another. Would definitely stay again. Good value for money for families.

Downstairs toilet be better connected to main house, without having to go outside to it.

Good location, nice size house with great garden kids loved it. Well equipped with kitchen and bathroom stuff. Great family house. On good route for buses and shops, nice pub down the road too. We had a very comfortable stay
