Pleasant stay

I had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better host. Lindsey was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making me feel right at home. The accommodation was neat and tidy throughout, with everything well cared for and thoughtfully arranged. The bathroom was particularly impressive - spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. Breakfast was excellent and beautifully prepared.

Cozy and

A beautiful, well kept home, with lovely owners that make you feel welcome. The room was as described - so cosy! With a comfortable bed, TV, tea/coffee facilities and mini fridge stocked with fresh milk. A private bathroom with a separate bath and shower - I haven’t got a bath at home so I took full advantage and it was well needed after a busy day working in the cold!! A continental breakfast feast was laid out for me in the morning and this really set me up nicely for the day. Would highly recommend staying here - I will be if I’m ever in the area again! Thanks guys :)

Absolutely lovely! If we are in that area again we would most definitely book to stay!

The room was so clean and comfy. There was a lovely big bathroom for us to use, everything was immaculate. Lindsay was so lovely and welcoming and we felt so comfortable, she made us a lovely breakfast each morning. Lindsay is the sort of lady you would love to live next door too, so sweet and kind!

Perfect for an overnight for work. Felt secure as a lone traveller.

Such a good selection for breakfast - cereals, toast, croissant, fruit, nuts, yogurt, boiled egg, coffee...Room was comfortable - mini fridge for milk. Private bathroom large and lovely - low level bath (didn't use it but loved the fact is was a lower level than my high sided one at home!)

Amazing wonderful clean and relaxing

David and Lindsey were fantastic and felt like we were staying with family. Had a few drinks together in the beautiful garden. Lindsey even warmed up our plates for the microwave meals we got for dinner on our 2nd night as we were too tired to go out for dinner. Breakfast provided was the best, healthy and lots of it. Bath was nice and comfortable as was the bed. Just a lovely stay. Included parking. Could easily stay longer or again just a shame we live in Tasmania or we would be back again soon.

Great value for money but had problems with only one bathroom

The breakfast was excellent. plenty of choice, plenty to eat and very good quality. Excellent level a of cleanliness. Lovely quiet location.

The bathroom was beautiful but one bathroom and toilet between 4 people was not good. 3 of us didnt get a shower and while other one was showering we all needed the toilet.

Comfortable, cosy and value for money

Superbly clean, comfortable, indeed, cosy. Missed it was not an ensuite bathroom but no major issues there. Host was very kind and polite and nothing too much bother. Will visit again

If I was being super fussy, it was quite warm when I stayed and it would have been more comfortable to have had a feather duvet/pillow rather than the polyester filled version...... but very much a first world problem!!

Lovely stay at Cosy bed and breakfast

Very comfortable bed in quiet location. Room of a good size with kettle, bottled water, TV. Very welcoming host. Private bathroom opposite room with excellent shower and bath. Breakfast was superb, various breads, fresh fruit salad, cereals, yoghurt, toast and a boiled egg, fruit juice, tea and coffee. Lovely stopover in Norwich.
