Great location

Location was excellent It was warm and comfortable Lots of hot water Easy to find and access with the key code and key safe Facilities were as stated

The plates and glasses needed to be washed before we could use them The freezer needed to be defrosted Not quite enough milk for the tree of us but near to shop so it's easy to get supplies.

Great location,great host, had everything we needed

Location was excellent, 3rd floor was a bit of a pain and didn’t have code for gate to park the car, had to ask someone but a minor blip, overall was great!

Fab Norwich stay in brilliant location

Fabulous location, beautiful area with pubs right on the doorstep. Excellent space, big bathroom, great facilities including essentials like toilet roll, washing liquid, tea and coffee etc. Slept well with no noise from other apartments

Just felt that a higher standard of cleaning would be good around the edges of skirtings and around the beds

Lovely flat in great location, very clean and comfortable, good for longer stays

Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Comfortable, spacious, great views and very convenient, central location. Excellent facilities. We much enjoyed our 11-night stay.

On top (3rd) floor so lots of stairs (no lift) but that's reflected in the very reasonable cost; therefore property less suitable for older people/mobility impaired. Parking is extra cost.

Well sited top floor flat.

Position of the flat was good with main sites within easy walking distance. From the main room there is a good view of the cathedral, castle and river. The flat was comfortable and clean and perfectly adequate for a short stay.

Five of the ceiling lights were not working and some did not even have bulbs in place ! Kitchen utensils were barely adequate.

I would recommend this property for convenience to the city centre, amenities and value for money.

The location was perfect for a visitor coming to see the sights of Norwich city centre, or coming for any other purpose needing a city centre location. Parking onsite was available at an additional charge. Complimentary tea and coffee was left in the kitchen.

Excellent little place to have as home base

The apartment was light, spacious, clean and all facilities worked. It was very nice that toilet roll and shower gel were provided as that is often not the case

The communal parts of the building are a bit downtrodden, especially the main door to the building. Internally the property could have benefited from a few spare sheets and little fixtures like shelves in the bathroom to place items on but no real problem

Fantastic apartment, fresh and clean in a brilliant location 😊

Lovely apartment, beautifully clean and smelt really nice and fresh. It was the perfect place to stay in a fantastic location. We were visiting my Dad who lives 5 minutes from the apartment and showing the in-laws the sights and flavours of Norwich. We had everything we needed for the weekend and felt it was very well equipped. Lots of places close by to eat and drink. Especially enjoyed The Ribs of Beef for a drink and 5 minutes away the fantastic XO Kitchen for an evening meal, absolutely delicious and a great dinning experience. The view from the apartment is gorgeous and hearing the cathedral bells in the background was lovely.

The apartment was great. The mattress in the smaller bedroom was very firm and the water pressure from the shower was a bit poor. Neither of these things would put us off booking again though.
