The host Felicity was very accommodating and helpful. I really appreciated this.

Excellent location and a bonus having a parking space. Close to city centre and eateries.
Kitchen was perfectly ok for a few days with equipment for doing your own breakfast/ lunch.
Clear communication from host before and during stay.
Could do with a small set of draws in place of bedside table and addition of hooks on inside of bathroom door for dressing gown/ hanging toiletry bag.

Close to the station.
Nice smell in the room.
Additional blankets were in the wardrobe, if required.
Good solid blinds to keep any light out and provide privacy.
Well presented.
Microwave too high. Cupboard with plates etc was even higher.
Kitchen workspace was tiny - too much packed in.
Chair had a wobbly leg.
Room was chilly at times, although heater worked.
Fridge hummed periodically at night.
Bathroom fan stayed on for about 10 minutes after the light had been turned off.
First use of shower fluctuated between boiling and freezing, although subsequent uses were at an acceptable temperature.
No tea spoons.

Great location and free parking/WiFi
Shower tray bit mouldy, bed not very comfortable. Lots of doors banging as they close so quite noisy, not ideal for sleeping

I loved my stay in this little studio apartment. It had everything I needed, including a desk to working at; it was great to have the kitchenette area, and the location is perfect for the train station and exploring the town. The manager was communicative and helpful. I felt safe here as a solo female traveller too.
Nothing - I was very happy.

A very clean, well equipped, comfy little apartment, ideally placed for walking into town. Didn't actually see any staff, but there was constant email contact. And free parking!
The emergency exit sign in the room was lit all night.

Great location for the Railway Station and Norwich Cathedral. Self contained with a stove top and microwave oven.
There is facility to leave your luggage before and after your stay.
Kitchen was a little under resourced.

Little more crockery and glassware needed (sets)

I had a fairly decent stay here - for a start I paid half what I would have to stay 3 minutes walk away at the premier inn or the Holiday Inn express so I'm fairly happy. The location is excellent its what you're paying for - less than 5 minutes walk from the train station. There are plenty of places to eat, drink or get coffee within 10 minutes walk. It's probably 15 minutes to the cathedral or castle from here. I even got to park for free 3 out of 4 nights and there is a decent priced long stay car park about 10 minutes walk away up behind the train station. Be aware parking is first come first served - they have 4 spaces between 2 buildings with multiple apartments in each.
The bathroom was decent enough, it has a little kitchenette. The wifi is pretty good - worked flawlessly and you can pull between 20-40m/bits a second down.
Obviously its budget accommodation - the mattresses have seen better days and are a little hard but overall I managed to sleep OK.
Also given its self catering they need a table/desk and chair that are better matched. The one that is in there is a dressing table with an easy chair which is lower down, you can't really sit at it to eat a meal or do some work on your laptop its like neck height - just a little strange that is all.

Clean flat with close walk to the town and shops.
The door has keypad number entry so no need for keys.
We had flat 1 on the ground floor and also back door access to the car. Free parking or there was permits too.
Second visit and will be back.
Nothing.
Handy to have ice cube try for fridge.
A shelf in the shower.

The location. Comfy beds. Adequate kitchen facilities.
The shower room had the most disgusting smell of drains, the owner came to fix but it came back . Felt it was a health hazard. This spoiled our stay. The owner offered us a 50% reduction if we stayed ,which we did as all places were booked due to an event in the city.

The property is very close to the station which was perfect for me and one of the reasons I chose to stay here; it was also close enough to the town centre, Carrow Road and shops to easily explore on foot.
I stayed in apartment 3 which was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay, the tea, coffee and biscuits were a nice touch.
I really liked the keyless entry to both the front door and individual rooms as I didn’t have to worry about losing a key.
This is personal taste but the mattress was too soft for me.
The doors had automatic closures on them which means they close quite loudly; we tried to close them as quietly as possible coming back late to minimise disturbing other guests.

We were in room 5. Excellent location for walking to the station which was just around the corner. Cathedral was 10-15 minute walk away as was the city and other sites. The River Wensum was across the road and a great place to walk along. A convenience shop a few minutes away which also includes a post office inside. Also a small CoOp next to the station.
The room was spacious and included an ironing board and iron, a cupboard and coat hangers, hooks for coats, plenty of power points as well as two USB charging ports near the beds. Towels were thick and a decent size. There was a pedestal plug-in fan which was useful as it was warm the three nights we stayed. There was a hairdryer. Coffee and tea supplied with UHT milk portions and some biscuits. A decent sized bar fridge with freezer section. Microwave oven, electric kettle and toaster. Stove top with two rings. Kitchen paper was provided as was plenty of detergent and a tea towel. The twin beds were well made with lovely white sheets. The shower had great pressure with consistent temperature. Shower gel provided, but bring your own shampoo. We would stay here again if we needed a place in Norwich.
The room was mostly clean, but the kitchen floor area was greasy underfoot and not nice to walk on, resulting in dirty feet and/or socks. The shower floor edges were built up with mould/grime but the main part appeared clean. I have notified management about this since our departure and they will investigate. The mattresses could benefit from a mattress topper to make them more comfortable, as the springs are noticeable. The kitchen was lacking in cooking utensils despite having a stove top, so we were limited to microwavable ready meals from the supermarket, which was fine for three nights. It would have been useful to have been provided with a cloth for wiping down the kitchen bench as well as a spray bottle of surface cleaner as has been normal in the other places at which we have stayed this trip.

Friendly, clean, very good kitchen/bathroom facilities. Location perfect, excellent value for money.
The bed is quite hard, and perhaps could have had a warmer duvet.

The location was great with added bonus of having the river very close to the accommodation.
The sofa bed in Apartment 1 was quite uncomfortable

It was clean and tidy, there was washing up liquid and soap In kitchenette and soap/ shower gel in bathroom close to the railway station and within walking distance of town centre. There were some tea/ coffee milk , sugar and biscuits . The lights in the bathroom came on with movement which is very useful at night. Codes to get into front of house and flat so you don’t have to worry about a key and CCTV. A very useful fan.
There was only one fork and one large spoon which would have made things difficult if we had wanted to eat a main meal. There were no food preparation tools to prepare meals with if you wanted to cook a meal such as sharp knife, peeler or grater. The hot water was very hot so maybe need a sign in kitchenette/ bathroom

In a great location
The shower pressure was a bit low took a while to wash hair
7.0 / 10.0
Modern clean decoration; reminded me of Travelodge styling. Ease of use of the access keypads. Felt a safe place to stay with the CCTV.
Comfortable beds.
Plenty of electrical sockets.
The motion sensor in the bathroom is a good idea but the lights can turn off when having a shower as it is positioned out of line of sight.
The shower extractor fan needs a clean.
The kitchen utensils did not include a cutting knife or bread knife; odd as there was a cutting board. Also the cutlery only included one fork and one spoon. You have to make a space on the hob with a tea-towel to let things dry after washing up.
Hot water was extremely hot from the taps in the kitchen and bathroom, I know they have to be a certain temperature to combat legionella but still seemed excessive.
Drawer in the small unit opposite the beds would slide open on its own but this was probably more to do with the floor gradient.
Some of the furniture, although pleasant enough was starting to show some wear.

Location was great
Sad that they could not accept pets as I would book again if so

The location was handy to the station
Being kept awake until 2.45 am in the morning by the other occupants, wouldn't recommend this place. The company don't care when you complain, no customer service

Perfect location near the river and 10 minutes from the heart of everything. Spotless room and fantastic facilities! Everything was thought about even the desk with the mirror and plug near it (a problem I find in most places!) The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom clean and we had cooking utensils if we wanted to cook. Good airflow but not too cold in the room as the heater was great! Absolutely amazing place! They also left us a box of leaflets for things to do in the area which was a lovely touch!
Nothing at all! Cannot fault it one bit

Outstanding location. Very short walk from station but no train noise. Very close to lovely walk along the river and around historic Norwich. Very short walk over the bridge into the town centre.
Excellent value for money.
Good shower. Good Wi Fi.
It did not bother me but it is a ground floor apartment in a converted house with, I think, 6 apartments, so you may hear a couple of people come in after you late evening.

Awesome location, neat tidy little apartment that served our needs perfectly with super comfy beds.
The room was absolutely freezing on arrival, to the point we could not remove our coats. It took hours for the room to arrive at a bearable temperature.

Small problem with the heating which was sorted immediately by a phone call.

We used 4 apartments ... Ap.1 was a good size bedroom with large living space and space saving bathroom. Clean. Spacious. Airy.
Walls are just a little thin. You can hear upstairs talking... but it's not the end of the world.
