Comfy stay and great location for walks.

Great location which is close to lots of walks and easy to get around town. Eaton Park is not far away and there is a Waitrose near too. The unit had everything you needed to make meals etc, and the kitchen was well appointed. The washing machine was handy and the microwave/oven was easy to use. We found the shower easy to use once you figure it out. A heater was provided for the cold. We would recommend the walks out towards Keswick mill and the local Parkrun at Eaton Park.

The wifi password didn't work and the signal was hit & miss on our phone plans, owners notified and wasn't much of an issue for us.

Quiet location, convenient to the city by car, rural fringe area, supermarket and a couple of pubs nearby.

The bathroom has mould and is grubby, the front door jams on the floor, and generally the property is grubby and tired!

A good choice for a city break in Norwich

A clean and comfortable apartment with convenient bus stop to access the city. The welcome pack of teas and biscuits was much appreciated!

Comfortable well situated annex

Well situated for exploring Norfolk. Bus service and supermarket was very close. Very peaceful. We enjoyed the stay and will return later in the year

lovely, peaceful apartment close to ameneties.

The Annex flat was lovely. it is in a very quiet road, with 2 lovely pubs and a waitrose within a 10 minute walk, and a very good bus service into Norwich town Centre. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for your stay, and is well equipped for eating in if you choose to. The owners were friendly, there is a welcome basket with tea, coffee and biscuits provided, but no other foodstuffs.

The apartment is very warm, and could do with a little bit of touching up on the paintwork, but that is not something that would really effect your stay. If you are looking to cook there are no leftover oils or seasonings from other guests, so you will have to take/buy everything you need

This is a lovely place, smart and nice size for a short stay. Very good communication with the owner.

The heating can't be turned up however a portable radiator ensured warmth.

Excellent accommodation with everything need for a lovely stay in a very good location.

This is an excellent location for visiting family in Norwich and would be for people visiting the University and Hospital. It is a very spacious property and lovely to come back to after a busy day with grandchildren. It has everything you need to stay a long weekend (or longer) with good equipment and it is very well set out. There are lovely walks straight from the front door too.

The only thing we can think of is that the quilt and mattress were too warm (However we probably could have contacted Emma to ask for a lightweight quilt but we were quite busy and as everything else was so good we really didn't want to bother her).

Was very comfortable and homely!

The property was spacious with great facilities to cook your own food and had a very comfortable bedroom. It was situated quite close to a local Waitrose, the area was gorgeous, and it is a short drive from the city centre!

Has great potential!

The location was great for what I wanted it for (commuting to work) and the overall set up has great potential, it just needs some TLC. I usually stay in hotels but wanted the option to cook for myself which this property gave me. The bed was super comfortable.

The cleanliness in the bathroom was very poor. Hair over the shower wall, shower tray, all around the loo (I have photos), it wasn't pleasant especially as the fee included a £50 cleaning charge! I did request a reclean and although the floor & shower tray was cleaned hair was still over the shower walls and side of the loo. There was also a dog barking on and off too.

Unfortunately, there was an airbed supplied rather than a sofa bed as in the description on booking.com. It would have been helpful to know this in advance of booking.

Comfy beds, nice layout, and airy. Location excellent. Host on call and available as annex linked to property. Quiet location and lovely walking routes in the near vicinity. Drive not too far from the beaches as well.

Would have appreciated annex having its own radiator/heating controls not linked to main house and a privacy sheet on the front window.

Very good

This is a well equipped flat in a great area close to Norwich. It was easy to find and parking was easy too. The bed is really comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. There are good services nearby: Waitrose, Red Lion pub, Park and Ride to Central Norwich.

Found it a bit too cool and couldn't control temperature to make us comfortable. Towels etc get damp and couldn't be dried out properly.

Great location for visiting Norwich and the surrounding area. The annexe was clean and tidy and well equipped.

We thought checkin and checkout although easy using the key safe, was quite impersonal. The owners of the Annexe live next door, in the attached house; we stayed 3 nights and didn't see them for the entire stay.
