A clean comfortable small ground floor flat with good security and parking ( for extra charge)

For convenience alone we might consider staying here again.

The instructions for entering the the flats were somewhat intimidating but proved really easy in use. Helped by the main front door lock never being locked! Property in an excellent situation for exploring Norwich close to several bus routes. Facilities are more than adequate for two people with an enormous waste bin that, had it been smaller, would have been better off under the sink. Plenty of local eateries from every nationality .

This flat is so close to the pavement that every passing conversation can be heard and that applies to the thin walls and ceiling!. There is nowhere to keep clothes apart from hooks on the wall too high to use. The radiator in the shower room is not working. The loo seat is hanging by one screw and the basin is too small to clean your teeth in.

I could hear mice or rats overnight. Sounded like in the ceiling. No evidence of being inside. Lots of noise from people upstairs.

Would love to book and stay again

Location was fantastic, 5 minute walk into town with some beautiful historical building along the way. Plenty of drinking and dining options right on the door step

Neighbours were noisy and seem to come and go at all times in the night, doors being slammed and loud talking/laughing! Didn't ruin the weekend just people being people but soft close hinges would have helped 😆

Great stay perfect location

Location is perfect onsite paid parking a bonus.

Having to leave the car park before checkout time is a bit of a low point appreciate you need to clear for the next guests but they can’t check in until later so why not allow someone to stay until an hour before check in time.

Great location and facilities

Location is great. When we originally booked which was way in advance parking was included but we subsequently had an email to say iy was beibg controlled by a third partie. It was still good value and organised. Info was shared before arrival with key safe and access codes. Apartment has all you need and more. Washing machine fridge freezer and much more. We personally did not find the bed comfy at all but maybe we are just used to ours at home. Bathroom is small but has all you need. We opened the bathroom window and could not close it no matter how much we tried. It could only open so far which was good as we was on the ground floor so I was a bit worried about safety but all was fine. We was in 1A which is on ground floor road facing. Road and people passing was noisy until approx 1am then it all calmed down. People in apartment 1 arrived home about 2am and were noisy on arrival but we was in an apartment block. All in all a great location and fair facilities. We would look again to see what the costs are as we come to Norwich often to see family and having the parking is useful. Great communication from the managers all the way through the process

Well located for exploring the city; everywhere is within walking distance in Norwich. Impeccably clean apartment, with everything you could need for a short stay. The room was warm and cosy, the bed was very comfortable, and the parking was very secure.

I was singing in the cathedral for five days. This flat was just six minutes walk from that. Excellent city centre location .

It was described as 'bijou'. I think it would be too small for two people and their luggage.

It was bijou but had everything I needed. There was a decent supply of handwashing and shower gel. The shower was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The TV was a good size. It was in a good location for exploring Norwich.

1A Old Mint Yard

We needed a ground floor apartment due to limited mobility. The apartment was small but perfectly formed, you simply could not get a better location for Norwich city centre. Be sure to book parking on site, very secure, right on site. I will definitely try to rebook this accommodation for my next trip to Norwich

It would be helpful for somewhere to unpack clothes if staying for more than two nights but it wouldn't be a deal breaker

Well located but rather awkward apartment.

Excellent location and secure parking ( at additional cost). Apartment contained everything needed. On ground floor, so no stairs. Very good shower. Eateries and pubs close by and city attractions just a short walk away. Quiet immediate neighborhood. Clean.

Small apartment and the ergonomics didn't really work well. Other apartments in the building may have been better appointed, though. Awkward arrangement. Little room for luggage.

The location was absolutely brilliant. 10 minute walk into the city, with a few bars on the way in. Clean and tidy with all the amenities you need. The air fryer was a nice touch.

Basic room with parking in an excellent location near the cathedral

The location is excellent. It is near the centre of Norwich, very close to the Cathedral and a nice 'off beat' shopping street. Parking is secure, but comes with a bit of extra costs (£8.50 when I used it). The room is nice and quite well equipped.

The room is rather Spartan and quite small but does perfectly well for a short stay. The air fryer could have done with an extra clean (decided against using it).

Compact accommodation in a good location

Great location - close to the city, bars, restaurants and riverside walks. Access instructions all worked well - with good communication from the host.

This is a compact studio with little if any storage. Think of it as a hotel sized room with kitchenette. Great for one person, a bit of a squeeze for two, especially if staying more than one or two nights.

Comfortable and clean!

The property is well located and walking distance to the city center. What i thought was exceptional was the level of cleanliness and hygiene. A special thank you to the cleaner of that property who doesn't cut corners! The property has all the appliances one needs for a short stay and comfortable for 2 people to stay. The bed is very comfortable with ample pillows.

It would be helpful to have a note on the main door to advise other residents to not slam the door on the way in or out. Unfortunately the property is right next to main entrance and exit so the noise of people and the door went on into the early hours causing a not so restful sleep. Also there isn't a space for a small wardrobe or drawers so nowhere to unpack clothes.
