A comfortable stay.

The heater was very good at making the room warm in the evening. It was very comfortable. The bathroom heater was extremely good at keeping the bathroom warm, which was nice in the morning. The shower was very powerful, with an easy control that clearly was cold in one direction and hot in another.

The window would not fully close. I had to jam a towel into it to keep the cold air out and muffle the noise. This was fairly effective, although the room was a bit chilly in the morning.

Fab flat

Great little flat. Very well equipped with washing up liquid and tea towels etc. Kitchen looks great. Fantastic location.

Nothing to mention though I noticed the freezer needed a clean as some previous guest had left a bottle of Tizer the leaked or something red in the compartment.

Great short stay studio for a couple. Ideal location with lots of restaurants around.

Location was good. Infomation given by owner was very good. Exerlent welcome pack. Nice to have coffees & teas and little body washes. Great to have a fan in the room. No much noise from neighbours.Nice to see pillows had inner covers and pillow slips. We met the cleaner as we went out and she was very pleasant. She clearly does such a great job. Thankyou.

The matress was too soft and did not have a matress protection on. The room needs minor maintenance. Bathroom door needs a door stopper. Shower is leaking by the handel. It would be good if one or more of the electric sockets were changed to USB/USC combined sockets. These are not negative points just thoughts on improving for the future.

Apartment was adequate for 2 night stay.

Location was good. A straight forward 15 minute walk from the station. Building was quiet. Very small but compact room unfortunately it was HOT weather. The fan blew out dust so I spent the evening cleaning away the fluff with a q tip. On arrival noticed the tv on wall was lopsided. Later I realised it was hanging off the wall by one screw after the owner text me saying his cleaner had only just informed him. They wanted to fix it during my stay. It put me out. I travelled from Scotland and I just needed to rest. The sheets didn't appear freshly laundered so I slept on some of my clothes.

Tv should have been fixed before my arrival. Fan was dirty.

Accommodation with parking in central Norwich, the location is superb.

Heatwave hit UK. Studio apartment is small and air was not moving. We were very hot. There was a little fan but it was not powerful enough. Probably if it's not heatwave time, it could be fine.

Good location, very comfortable, no complaints

Address given was incomplete, had to drive down the length of the road to find the right block. Parking was advertised at £5/day but was actually £8.50/day - big difference! Otherwise no problems

DONT stay here!!

Nothing could not stay in the property - had no option but to leave

The smell was so unbearable I had to leave and find somewhere else to stay Could also hear noise from the other studios, talking and tv etc The owner was not helpful at all and refused to refund my stay when I contacted him straight away to advise about the strong unbearable smell. I was only in the studio 30mins whilst trying to get hold of the owner and booking.com. Then had to sit in the car and the smell was making me feel sick. The owner stay the the room in booked at to me and was clean ready for my stay and therefore could not have a refund. He never offered to come to the property to check, and not had any response since. I have made a complaint but again no response.

An ideal place for a couple of nights

The independence it gave you, you could come and go as you pleased and you are able to cook meals if required. The location was excellent, very handy for shops, the cathedral and lots of drinking establishments.

Actually finding the apartment was a problem, as the name of the apartment block is not mentioned, as far as I can see, I had to ring Ben in the end as we were getting quite anxious. It is actually situated in the Old Mint Yard, it would be helpful if that was used on the website. The apartment is quite compact and there is not a lot of room for getting in and out of the bed. It would also benefit from a lamp and from a female perspective a complete mirror in the living area, rather than the window effect one.
