The old style and contemporary decor and the layout allows everyone their own space
Super attentive and flexible and generally human and empathetic staff
The parking! Nuts!
Perhaps freshen up the lace before every stay - especially the carpets
Being above a fast food restaurant doesn’t help so an extra boost of some freshness would help

Cosy, comfy beds. Very well equipped. Beautifully thought out and furnished.
Difficult to find at night. Satnav takes you completely to the wrong side. Took 45mins to find it, driving round and round. So tucked away. Needs a large white/or even lit up number outside with 31A. The location is a shame with smelly bins and greasy cafe entrance, rubbish had spilled over.
