Great, stay in a great apartment in the perfect location.
Property was situated right in the heart of the city, so was brilliant. A very tidy property with great comfortable beds. Facilities were good.
The only gripe I would have is that the furniture in the lounge is a little bit tired. If it’s not going to be changed it should certainly be cleaned accordingly as it is very worn, stained and well used. It is the first room that you see when you walk in to the apartment, so just a little TLC would enhance that room. However, we only really slept there and had minimal time in the apartment, so this did not affect us too much.

Excellent location. Clean and tidy with everything you need. Really comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms. Excellent value for money.
The shower in the main bathroom leaked and the one in the en-suite filled up and took a while to drain. Other than that everything was great.

House if fine, but not what we expected.
Location was good, warm property.
Parking information wasn’t great. We had a baby with us and weren’t informed that you needed to park 10min away until the 3pm check in. Made for a difficult walk in the snow and ice! Also no elevator in the building, again would have been good to have a heads up on this considering the company knew we had a child with us. House was okay, pictures online look a lot nice than real life. Some basic things missing like breadboards in kitchen etc.
