Great location within easy walking distance of the city and restaurants

Property was a little soulless and could do with some refurbishing. The woodwork particularly in the bathrooms needed painting and there were marks on the carpets

The owners are great and helpful. However you don’t expect to pay £150 for an apartment for it to be dirty & literal

The location was good close to train station and bars

Wasn’t cleaned well. Cigarette ash on the floors from previous people staying. The alarms all went off at 2am in the morning whilst trying to sleep.

Great location, easy check in, lots of places and clean

Smell of drains, dirty sofa, needs painting, broken blinds, wanted to charge extra £20 to check in one hour earlier despite being empty.

Overpriced, dirty and run down

Location

Extremely run down compared to pictures. Very unclean, stains all over the walls, mirrors, bathroom, sofa and cushions. Strong smell of smoke throughout the property despite having all windows closed. Key got stuck in the front door and I was trapped in the property, the lock was clearly faulty and when help arrived to unlock it from the outside they still struggled. Owner said they will get the lock replaced today but have seen reviews dating back to 2024 saying there were issues with the lock so clearly an ongoing issue - just thankful we didn’t need to get out in an emergency.

Great stay, clean, comfortable accomodation in a great location.

Good value accommodation, clean and well equipped for a short stay. Two bathrooms makes it perfect for two couples sharing - ideal for a weekend away in Norwich, or friends travelling together to enjoy a bit of space and privacy. Great location.

Living room is basic and small but this didn’t affect our stay, it was perfect for what we needed. May be an issue if someone planned to spend time in the property.

Would recommend for a nights stay

Easy check in, code provided to access keys. Host was helpful and messaged instructions and asked if any help was needed. Great value for money, clean and tidy apartment with a good kitchen. For a nights stay would recommend.

Mattress were a little soft but still slept ok. My parents room said they could smell smoke coming into their room from an upstairs apartment, and could hear someone coughing loudly.

Convenient city centre bolthole

Location was great, central and convenient. Although there are no parking facilities, you can stop outside to unload and then park nearby. Access was straightforward, staff helpful and prompt (we booked last-minute). We had a spacious ground floor modern 2-bed, 2-bath apartment that also had a little yard outside you could sit in. Beds were comfy, everything clean, everything worked. The street has a couple of pubs, but we couldn't hear any late night noise as the bedrooms were at the back of the property.

Although modern, the apartment definitely needed some minor maintenance TLC. Ensuite bathroom door handle was off, leaky sink, loo seats were loose, glass hob was cracked, there were holes in plasterboard walls caused by door handles, and peeling paint in a few places. Nothing major, and didn't spoil our stay at all, but we did spend our first hour thinking, "I hope they don't think WE did any of this!" A couple of hours from a handyman will sort it.

Lovely space, very clean and tidy and a great location! The check in was an easy process and the host was very helpful!

The property did get extremely hot. This is obviously no fault of the owner but a fan in each room may have helped.

Great value for money. Decent location but just 1 niggle :)

Very comfortable apartment. Relatively clean and spacious. Instructions and communication was good. No real complaints.

Our only niggle was the check in time. We had a wedding for 2pm so would have loved to have dropped bags off first (and maybe change there too). But instead we had to take them with us leave car a venue and take luggage back in two taxis.

Central location- very clean bathrooms and kitchen

Bed was a little too soft for us- opening the flat door was a little tricky … had to get the key just right to open it.

Convenient but needed better management overview.

Location was very good.

Some neglect of the property. Carpet in entrance was dirty and torn. Hole in living room wall hidden behind a chair. Handle on one bathroom door had been slammed into the wall leaving a hole in the plaster board. Some gouging of plaster in wall in kitchen. No shampoo/shower gel in one bathroom.

Nice flat, great location.

Comfortable spacious flat in the heart of Norwich. Tea, coffee and sugar provided.

Nothing of note, though the lounge furniture is a bit tired and the TV a bit small. And sound insulation isn't great.

The apartment was extremely clean, very spacious and excellent value for money..

The pub next door has benches under the windows at the front of the building, if anyone is smoking the smoke comes in.

Great value for money. Spacious 2 bed apartment with two bathrooms and generous kitchen and living room space. Modern and clean. Great location.

We stayed on the ground floor meaning there were some patrons of the pub next door which could be heard standing outside in the early evening but to be expected with the central location and did not cause any issues at night.

Good little apartment in centre of Norwich

The location of the property is great. it is really central in Norwich. less than a 5 minute walk to the center with the castle literally just around the corner. apartment was nicely decorated. had all facilities a family of four needed.

The beds were a bit on the small side.

Manager not very pleasant and very terse.

The location is very good and the apartment is spacious.

The tap dripping, which apparently has been reported months ago and nothing has been done. I felt a damp funny smell inside, it needs a proper airing, speaking to other people who were also staying in another apartment there was mould and damp in their apartment. Some areas of the apartment need addressing as it is showing signs of wear and tear. We lost wifi on the afternoon of the second day. When I rang Glenn he said he would ring BT, said all the other apartments had wifi, so there was ‘nothing’ he could do. When I complained and suggested some sort of reimbursement as this was an important facility to have as we were travelling onto another destination and needed to access maps on out iPads, he got very shirty and accused ME of being angry at HIM. I told him there was a huge echo on the line, but then he just said he wasn’t going to continue the conversation because of my ‘attitude’ and rung off! The lack of wifi also meant no tv. THIS IS NOT HELPFUL OR IDEAL. It seems this property is being run by a company that does have the means or the will to put things right when they go wrong. So with regret even though the location is perfect I wouldn’t book it again. Ever.

Great appartment - great location

The appartment was clean, bright and well equipped and furnished. Very roomy - we were impressed with the big beds and the en suite as well as bathroom. Location was excellent - just a short walk to town and to the car park Would definitely recommend

No on street parking had to unload and parked elsewhere. Bed wasn’t comfortable.

Location near to the centre

We were not contacted with details re accessing property and it was necessary to phone the management company. Beds are very small. The floors had been cleaned with wax/polish that made them very slippy. TV remote was missing. Bathroom did not have a lock

I would stay again but the owner really needs to get a ‘professional’ in to sort out the leaking shower trays

The shower trays in both bathrooms have obviously been leaking for a long time with previous attempts to rectify it by layering copious amounts of silicone on the offending area, which has caused mould/blackening that is very unsightly

Great location, value for money and a very well maintained property. Would wholly recommend and use this property again in the future if required.

I had 1 small issue with the shower head, but I reported this and certain it will be resolved. It didn't affect my stay, but did need to be reported to the property to ensure the continued good service.

Pleasant

The location was great, and the property was very clean, the bedrooms were light and spacious.

I was shocked to open the bathroom window into what I assumed was dead space but actually the next apartments outdoor space, luckily I was clothed as you can see everything! There is very little privacy! We were told a late checkout was unavailable, but given an extra hour which we appreciated! However in the apartment it clearly stated a 2pm late checkout was available. There were no clear instructions on how to use the oven, as a result we couldn’t use it.

Drains in the kitchen smell, could just be stagnant water from the washing machine or something but it’s not too pleasant. Nothing that would stop me returning however.
