Prosper House Apartment 2

Very spacious, en-suites in the bedrooms great location too

The only thing I would improve is getting a blind/curtains across the door window in apartment 2 so natural light doesn’t wake you up

Communication from the start was amazing. Cannot fault them on that!. Apartment was clean and tidy

Only problem was abit of a feisty smell co.ing from the bathroom of one of the rooms . But not so much that it put us off

Walking distance to everything

Although it was clean, there was a smell of damp, it feels like things are needing checked to see if there are leaks needing dealt with certainly in the en-suites. This isn’t a complaint but an observation.

The property itself was fantastic, good location for where we needed to be, massive apartment, cleanx would definitely recommend

We originally booked apartment two was then told it was booked already so was given apartment four, then received a check in email to be told we was actually in apartment six, which wasn’t really an issue. Our issue was we spoke to the booking agent and arranged to have an extended check in, we was told he would check with house keeping and let us know but it would be £15 an hour, which we agreed to book an extra 2 hours (check out was originally 10am we extended to 12pm). We was asked to transfer £30 which we did. On the day of our check out, housekeeping attempted to come in property 3 times before the agreed 12pm check out, I also received an email from the booking agent at 11am saying housekeeping was outside and we was late for checking out. Housekeeping then stated they don’t do extended check out and we need to leave, we then proceeded to show the evidence of the transfer of payment, the conversation with the booking agent and housekeeping then backtracked and said it was absolutely fine and we could stay till 12, I was a little disappointed in this as overall we had a very good experience with the property.
