The location.
The fact that you could hear the people above quite clearly when they were showering while we were in bed.

Amazing location, good facilities, quiet. Great communication with owner, safe parking.
The floors were dirty (not visibly) but hidden dirt which meant we couldn't walk bare foot in the property. The owners responded quickly to our complaint and offered a small refund which we accepted. The 'river and cathedral view' is a little inaccurate but we didn't really mind as we were out most of the time enjoying the beautiful town of Norwich.

Good location. Basic but OK. Managed to hurt mg ankle on the Spike on bottom of the shower. Was this a door stop ? It should be removed.. Plus would have preferred a mirror in front of the Basin for shaving etc. Took me a while to work out how to use the shower. Didn't use the kitchen facilities apart from the Kettle but looked good.
