Good flat in a nice area

The livingroom and kitchen area was lovely and warm in the evening. The host was very responsive to an issue that I reported.

The bathroom was a little chilly in the morning [630am].

A fantastic base from which to explore Norwich. Well equipped and central. Would recommend.

The location was excellent. A short walk from main attractions and near great coffee and food. The apartment was easy to access and had all that was needed for a short stay.

The heating was so efficient that we felt quite overheated. As we were not there for long we didn’t seek assistance. Some notes in the compendium with some instructions would really help as the heating seemed to be on some kind of timer. Just a caution for short people .. the overhead cupboard for crockery was beyond reach.

Perfect for a short stay in Norwish

This is a lovely single bedroom self contained flat close to the Cathedral and within walking distance of the station. It is in a quiet area and I had a little trouble finding the entrance as it is out of the way and Google Maps didn't give me very good directions but once I found it everything was straight forward.

Excellent little spot just a short trundle from the market place

Just a short hop from the market place right by the river and has secure parking, also has a choice of Cafés and pubs 100 yards away, and a convenience store over the bridge... Washing machine is a boon.

There is absolutely nowhere to hang anything, or dry anything (especially as it has a washing machine) not a hook or a rail or a rack anywhere, just two small drawers in the bedroom! Not ideal if you have business suits etc which need to hang up!

Well kept, cclean apartment.

Comfy, clean, well equipped.

Noisy neighbours and stinky smoke smells in the corridors. It's near everything but we weren't keen on some of the dodgy characters about.

Good value for a couple of nights.

Good location. Good for a night or two as had kitchen/cooking facilities. Good value.

There's no windows in the bedroom, only an internal window into the living room which means people can see from the road through to the bedroom unless keeping the blinds down at all times. Also means no ventilation. No washing up liquid meant hard to clean all your cups/glasses thoroughly. Quite noisy with the noise of showers and pipework from other bedrooms/flats above.

Insecure, loud, and lumpy (bed and couch)

Location

As I walked in, there was a strong scent from cleaning product, so I opened the patio doors... that proved not to have a functioning latch, let alone lock. Ground floor, facing a fairly trafficked street. I asked about this, but have not had any communication back. I propped it shut with the sofa. The blinds were also not fully adjustable, so the patio was not usable and there was no view. Meanwhile, the wifi initially didn't work (this got better) and the soundproofing was non-existent. No one was loud, but it sounded like the neighbor was unlocking my apartment-- very unsettling. Very strange collection of random cutlery--no teaspoons.

The location was so close to the centre, but also easy to get to by car.

All good but heating issues to be addressed

Good size living area, comfy bed in small room. Very central location

Parking options, although I had missed the chance to book secure parking at site (£8.50). I was able to park on the road outside my room for a total of £7.50. Heating was on full whack the whole time even though radiator was set to 0. Notified owner and quick response he would look into it. Otherwise all fine at site.

Pleasant stay

Very close to city center, at walking distance, shops around the corner. Complete kitchen.

Some noise from neighbours. Central heating in living room was on (only in the evening ?), could not adjust on the radiator. But in the morning it was OK again. Good contact with host.

Fab base for city centre

Apartment has all the facilities you may need for a city centre stay, complete with washing machine. Mini Fridge freezer is fab. The fan was a welcome addition!

Additional parking fee seems unnecessary although it isn't expensive but could be included in the price. A hairdryer would be great as you have everything else covered. Curtains for the lovely patio doors or the bedroom window would help block early morning light 😀

Clean, comfortable apartment in an excellent location for the city centre.

We visit Norwich frequently to see family Usually book Travelodge, or similar. This time decided to book the apartment because it offers more facilities. Excellent location near to the centre of Norwich. It was very clean and comfortable. Well equipped for a short stay. Really good communication with the host prior to our stay. Good parking on site, with spaces protected by security gate. £5 per night which is very reasonable. Pre-book by messaging the host after booking. Pay by bank transfer on arrival.

No external window in the bedroom. I get very hot and like to get some air. Imagine it could be more of a problem In Summer. Some noise from people in other apartments, which disturbed us briefly at 3am, but in fairness you could get that anywhere.

An ideal apartment for a weekend in historic Norwich

Cleverly designed, well-appointed, warm and well-maintained ground-floor apartment in a central but quiet location - with a view of neighbouring Norwich Cathedral thrown in for good measure. The smart use of space made a perfect base for our three-night stay - and should the winds blow us back that way, we’d surely seek out the same apartment 👍😀.

Location and facilities very good

Location was perfect. Clean and cosy ,everything we needed for a weekend break to see grandchildren. Very close to all amenities too. Outlook very pleasant on to river park. Very nice.

The car park. Found getting in and out very awkward. Maybe due to someone parking too far over into our space. Also faffing about with codes etc. After a long journey not the best. Also name of property needed outside ,passed a couple of times before found it.

Noisy and stressful..!

Location very good. Breakfast not included.

Very noisy neighbor in flat above. Constantly moving walking around with very noisy, thumping footsteps. Relentlessly it seemed to me. Very disturbing to the point I had to go to a coffee shop to work. Eventually I asked the manager to speak with them but it made very little difference. Stressful and ruined my stay. Never again!

We enjoyed our visit. It was nice to have parking so we could leave the car behind and we would visit again.

The location was ideal for walking into the centre and for easy access to local restaurants. The property was clean and welcoming. It was well-equipped and a good size for the two of us.

Good and Bad on Cathedral and River Accommodation

Good location. Basic but OK. Managed to hurt mg ankle on the Spike on bottom of the shower. Was this a door stop ? It should be removed.. Plus would have preferred a mirror in front of the Basin for shaving etc. Took me a while to work out how to use the shower. Didn't use the kitchen facilities apart from the Kettle but looked good.
