Perfect location, good price and they was so helpful when we struggled to find the apartment. Let us check in early which was very helpful
Bathroom door doesn’t shut because of the flooring Balcony light didn’t work The walls need a good clean or repaint near the bed area The bathroom mirrored storage needs replacing it’s a bit grubby Shower also could do with a freshen up (some mouldy spots)

Fab location could be a wonderful place with a few repairs and touches
Balcony door broken so very noisy with traffic noise No washing liquid or scourer plates cups glasses cutlery dirty Sink leaky No tv signal No mirror in bathroom If you fixed all of these like previously mentioned could be a little gem
