Excellent location, by the river Wensum, and right next to cathedral and city centre. Fantastic for shopping and tourist sightseeing and super pubs. Norwich is a very historic and pretty city. Flat had a comfortable bed, good shower, and washing machine in kitchen. Great on site parking, just book it in advance.
Central light bulb not working, freezer door on fridge broken, and flat's floor had only been swept, not washed so lots of dusty dirt on our feet. Kitchen cutlery needs updating (only 1 fork!). Small things but they make a difference . That withstanding, did not spoil our lovely time in Norwich.

Perfectly honest, comfortable, small apartment in a very convenient location for the city. Parking on-site (extra charge) was excellent, and convenient. Bed was comfortable, sofa and dining furniture was fine for a short stay, and was as you would expect for a small city-centre apartment.
There were a few small broken, or missing items - perhaps easy to miss without a detailed inspection, but obvious when you are staying in the apartment. I would assume that the owners would fix going forward.
