The location is great, the bed & seating where comfortable.
The kitchen was poorly equipped and tired. Only giving 2 towels for two people is not enough especially when one was a hand towel. Not the properties fault but it stank of pot most of the evening. It was hot when we there so closing the window was not an option.

Modern fully equiped appartment with french window overlooking river Wensum. Wife particularly liked huge circular lounging chair. Situated right on the edge of the centre and close to the predestrian steets.
Wooden floors were quite creeky and neighbours steps could be intrusive.

Location & parking arrangement
On second floor & no view of either cathedral or river ~ obscured by trees . View was of a partially demolished building in the opposite side of the street. Noisy laminate flooring & in poor condition. Sheets on bed & duvet cover were flannelette & far too warm .
