One of my favourite flats in this high quality complex of flats.

It was great to have the option of a bath. The TV channels available were good for the time that I was there. I loved the cuddling chair, I think its called.

The hallway floor was a bit creaky - I don't like to disturb neighbouring rooms if possible.

A lovely Christmas getaway

Beautifully presented cosy apartment in an excellent location just a short walk from the city centre. Excellent communication with owners will definitely book again next time I visit Norwich.

Great value for money and the onsite parking was a real bonus (extra charge)

The property was very clean and in a great location just a short walk to the pubs, laneways and castle.

The bedroom was tiny. No room for a suitcase.

Needs some investment

Really good location, nearby overnight ev charging, clean rooms. Great water pressure. Great view!

I'm taller than most and the bed was small. The frame was box section metal so I either had ankles or head on metal edges. Flat was really hot and was difficult to change the thermostat so turned all the radiators down and opened the windows. Didn't help that a late night lorry pumping water set up outside didn't stop until 12.30am... Windows are warped and don't fully close so quite a bit of noise leak from outside. TV signal repaired while we were there so had a tradespeople round, and wifi kept cutting out.

The location is on the edge of the city centre, so walking distance to evening venues even on the dark as a solo female occupant. Adequate facilities for a short stay.

On arrival each day, there was a fusty smell in the flat. Looks clean, but for the first few minutes it has an off putting odour. The windows and external doors were hard to open. Once open - was unable to close it again - but at least the open window might help dissipate the smell. The information about booking parking and fees should be embedded in the core details when booking as needs to be completed in advance and attracts an additional fee. I only checked on arrival when looking for key code access - so was too late for me to book and road parking is scarce. The kitchen utility knife is really blunt and could do with a sharpen. Noise from other flats travels easily, but wasn’t too bad.

Amazing location, comfortable and clean, but tired decor.

Very good location, close to the city and on the lovely river walk. It was good to be able to book parking. It was comfortable and flat had everything we needed for our stay. Lovely view over the river. Very clean.

Decor was a little tired and worn out. Only one bedside lamp.

Perfect apartment for a city break

This property was perfect for visiting Norwich. Great location, a short walk to the centre. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The bedding was amazing, it smelt really fresh, it was really soft, two decent pillows each (often lacking in rentals) and really comfy bed. Perfect apartment for our weekend away and will definitely use again when we return.

Think very carefully before renting here.

Close to the city centre

Smell of weed in both the corridor and in the flat. Really bad smell of cigarettes coming into the bathroom through vent. Front door to apartment block was broken so didn't close. Very noisy neighbours - can hear people talking in the adjacent flat as if they were in the room with you. The views of the river and cathedral spire do not outweigh the potential issues. We had no choice but to leave and book elsewhere and had not had any of the 4 nights refunded to us despite us leaving before midnight on the first night and telling the property manager this. We are also out of pocket for the car parking despite cancelling this as well.

Nice 1 bedroom flat in great location

Location is great. Everything works in the flat. Stayed here 2 months ago and mentioned there was only 1 coat hanger. This time there were loads! Nice flat

Only trivial things. Heating settings were a bit random. Would be good to have salt and pepper in the kitchen.

Very convenient- everything was in walking distance

Flat very close to Elm Street and the Cathedral. Host very helpful when we asked to change parking space. Really glad we paid for on site parking.

The sofa was very low and the floor creaked by the entrance door. Was noisy outside in the early morning when the clubs and lounges turned out, (but we are light sleepers ).

Location was great. Loved the amount of space we had over a hotel room, the smart tv with YouTube and Netflix made a big difference too. We really liked the Juliet balcony- we moved the the chairs over there in a morning for with our tea/coffee which was lovely. Really glad there were fans as it was 24-26 degrees during our stay. Also found the mattress firm but very comfortable!

Sadly there a few dislikes; we couldn’t use the duvet at all as the duvet cover was like a velvet material- not only is this extremely thick and unbreathable in the summer but also my partner cannot touch velvet. We really didn’t expect to find velvet bedding. The towels smelt very stale and damp and we were only given 1 large towel and 1 small. So to shower my partner had the big one and I had to dry myself with a small towel.

Norwich break

5 mins over the bridge and you're in the city, but apartment block is quiet. Fully equipped so better value than a hotel stay. Very easy check in. Would stay again.

Ideal city break.

The flat was very central and convenient for our needs.

Sound insulation was poor, and there was no hooks on backs of doors to hang dressing gowns/towels or coats. Would've been nice to have had some anti bacterial surface cleaner for the kitchen worktops - also scourers/cloths. That said, these are only small things, and didn't spoil our stay. It was a very comfortable flat.

It's got everything needed for a comfy stay.

Its a 'new build' apartment in a great location for getting into the historic streets of Norwich, the Cathedral, the castle gallery, shopping, and the Market, all within walking distance. Nice quiet apartment with all the necessary stuff needed for cooking, eating, sleeping, and 2 tv's. Nice comfy medium to firm bed. Nice view of a little nature park, the bridge over the Wensum and the Cathedral spire from the French doors in the living / dining room. It was very handy for nearby independent shops, pubs, and cafes, we were there on Saturday night and felt safe. Norwich is a great place to wander around, I will definitely go back again. And there's gated car parking which was very handy. The car parking is £5.00 a night but would cost that anywhere and cheaper than an all day car park if you want to explore the city on foot and only a 20 minute walk to bus and train station.

Umm. Nothing to not like. The table in the living room is a bit small but big enough for 2 to eat at. Take a cafetiere if you need proper coffee first thing. And condiments, if you're going to eat in.

What was meant to be a joyful short break to visit family , became a stressful experience, very disappointed, not at all

Location was good

Strong smell of herbal tobacco, impregnated into soft furnishings, noisy neighbours until 2.45am! Door lock faulty sometimes difficult to open with key. Pre paid car parking did not guarantee you your designated space! Unable to park on our second night.

Dass es keinen Balkon gibt, obwohl in der Beschreibung steht, dass es einen Balkon gibt, siehe Buchungsbestätigung mit Beschreibung "Balkon" als Foto. Appartement bei der Ankunft extrem heiß. Keine Antwort bis heute von Vermieter zu diesem Punkt, obwohl ich gleich am ersten Abend geschrieben habe, dass die Hitze unerträglich ist. Wände extrem hellhörig: Rücksichtslose Appartement -Nachbarn, die laut Musik hören, Türen schlagen zwischen 23.00 Uhr und 3.00 Uhr morgens.

Min dotter och jag bodde fyra nätter i lägenheten. Läget var mycket centralt och vi promenerade överallt. Utsikten från vardagsrummet var väldigt fin. Vi kan varmt rekommendera lägenheten för att upptäcka Norwich.
