I had an excellent stay. Room was spotless and the cleanliness really stood out, making me feel very comfortable and at ease. Since I work online, the fast and reliable Wi-Fi was a big plus. I truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and would gladly come back again!

Ваечатления очень спорные,но отдых был прекрасен.

Очень понравилось расположение отеля,все в пешей доступности,до моря около 7 минут.Жили на верхнем этаже,вид на море прекрасный .Можно наблюдать за жизнью в Ксамиле.Также есть зона барбекю ,которую можно использовать.

Апартаменты были очень грязные,постель была чистая.Душ без душевой,вода была по всем апартаментам .За 4 дня никто в номере не убирал.Для этого нужно предусмотреть швабру.Нет детской площадки.

Ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt in einer sehr sauberen und gepflegten Villa!

Die Vila Laura ist modern, ruhig und außergewöhnlich sauber. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, mit sehr bequemen Betten und Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber und funktional. Der begrünte Innenhof ist geschmackvoll gestaltet und schafft eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Alles ist mit viel Sorgfalt auf den Komfort der Gäste ausgerichtet. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen jedem, der in Ksamil Wert auf Qualität, Komfort und Ruhe legt. Ich würde ohne zu zögern wiederkommen!

La struttura è pulitissima, ben curata e in una posizione molto comoda. La camera era spaziosa, luminosa e perfetta per una coppia. I padroni di casa sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili, ci hanno fatti sentire subito i benvenuti. Un posto davvero tranquillo e rilassante ideale per chi cerca comfort e ospitalità. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

I really liked the hospitality of the owner and how warmly he welcomed us. The villa was spacious enough for 12 people and had plenty of room to relax. There was also a nice outdoor area—like a ground-level balcony—where we could hang out and enjoy the fresh air.The property is located in a nice area, close to the center of Ksamil, which made everything easily accessible. We also had the opportunity to use the villa’s barbecue, which made our stay even better.

Дуже затишна, гарна вілла, территория вся зеленая цветущая. Чисті, акуратні номера, сатинова біла постільна білизна та білі чисті рушники, комфортна мангальна зона з місцями для обідів, з паркуванням немає проблем. Все дуже комфортно. Милі та дбайливі господарі.

We enjoyed being their guests!

It was perfect! We were so pleased by the calmness of the environment, the room was spotless and also we got a terrace with a sunrise view. We were traveling with car, and there was plenty of space to park in front of the Villa, the owner was there gave us the room right away! This is a family business and the hosts are warm and welcoming, always with a smile!

Rooms were beautiful and you could say that villa is really new. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. I like the cleaning! And the style, Staff was super friendly and they even gave us recommendations about what to do and where to go. Perfect location.
