It’s a quiet place away from the crowds and yet walking distance to the town…. Where beaches and restaurants… The best part of this accommodation was that the breakfast itself worth $25 a person with different types of breakfast each morning with juice, fresh fruits, coffee, and herbal tea and we had the most delicious meals for dinner while we spent five nights in this town.. the co-owner is fantastic Chef and train internationally.

The environment, which translates into an olive-tree lined path leading to the rooms.
The dining area was pleasant and the hosts were very welcoming.
There was parking across from the accommodation.
Our room was very basic, quite small (a standard double with patio booked the same afternoon). It was also pretty dark given its location, with very little, or no, sun.
The bathroom was very small and there was a wall dividing the shower from the toilet which got soaked!
It was the smallest and most expensive room we had in 2 weeks in Albania. Although the breakfast was good (but so we're all the other ones we had), we felt it wasn't good value for money.
We would have liked to eat there but it was expensive, as was the wine, on a par with good restaurants in Italy (where we live). I don't doubt the quality but it was expensive for Albania.
And the music was loud and there was little lightning.

Beautiful and peaceful place. Perfect for releaxed holiday. The hosts are great and the food quality is awesome. Some beaches are nearby and costs around 10€ for 2 people per day.

This place is a real gem. A beautiful and thoughtfully-created sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the town (which during peak season is very crowded!).
It is a small business run by the whole family whom we found to be genuine and lovely people, passionate about providing a high-quality experience and doing it with love. They grow much of their produce themselves, organically, and for everything else they endeavour to source the best ingredients from trusted providers. Breakfast was plentiful and truly delicious - different every day. We took home a jar of their homemade quince jam which we are still enjoying. We enjoyed the food so much that we opted to have dinner there every night. On the last night, my daughter ordered what is by far the best steak I have ever eaten! This was the more expensive part of our holiday but worth every penny as I could see that the prices were a result not of greed or the desire to squeeze money out of tourists, but of their resolve not to compromise on quality.
The family were helpful whenever we had a query or needed local advice, going above and beyond to help us out on more than one occasion.
The location was great for us - we thought we would be in the middle of nowhere and have to rely on taxis, however we were still able to walk to the beach every day, which, although still pretty full, was more tranquil than the jam-packed beaches in the town. We also visited a couple of worthwhile tourist locations such as Butrint Archeological Park and the stunning Syri i Kalter/Blue Eye.
It is a real shame we were only at Rida Village for a few days as, once there, we felt ourselves relax and wanted to stay much longer. We could have spent much of our time in the hotel alone as it is such a charming and relaxing place which had a wonderful affect on our wellbeing. I found myself reflecting that it would be a great place to write a book. We would really love to visit again if we can, and spend longer there next time!

The walkway into the room and restaurant and quite pretty and serve good food
The bed sheets were plastic and did not breathe
The lights in the bedside and bathroom did not work - needed a dark shower
The restaurant employee said we could not lounge on the couch inside, despite there being nobody else in the restaurant..
The rooms are very clinical and lifeless, concrete and devoid of decorations, white light like a hospital.
The TV was not set up

The garden and setting was nice. If you want a quiet location (we did), it definitely delivers. It was spotlessly clean.
We were shown to our room by a (very kind) young teen. But we were surprised that no adult came to welcome us or introduce themselves after that, even though we stayed 2 nights. There was a slightly older teen serving breakfast and dinner. He was also very pleasant.
We had dinner the first night and found it grossly over priced for what it was. It was at least three times more than any of our meals in Albania but the quality just wasn’t there. We asked for water and were surprised to receive a mid sized bottle of Evian (only time in Albania) at 6 euros a bottle!
Terrace spacious but rooms and bathrooms rather compact.

Attentive host, lovely dining room and excellent breakfast. 5 minutes walk from a nice beach (almost empty in April)
Slight odor in the room and small shower room

Beautiful restaurant area, well decorated, nice olive trees in the garden, comfortable bed, very nice owners.
The lighting was all wrong in the rooms: no bed side lights, no lampshades on ceiling lights (just stark bulbs) plus no shower curtain so water goes everywhere in the bathroom. Would be nice to have a few small extra touches as it’s VERY expensive eg. Nice bathrooms products, water in the fridge, a small vase of flowers, welcome drink etc

Good breakfast, quiet location in overcrowded ksamil

Amazing location, beautiful structure, very friendly staff, great breakfast. Highly recommended destination, hard to find something better.
The showers do no have curtains and this create some minor problem (but less than we though stepping in the first time). The dinner is great but a bit overpriced in comparison to the alternatives.

The staff were amazing and the food was spectacular. The rooms were comfy with aircon. Although you could still hear the town from the hotel, the rooms themselves were very quiet.
Nothing really. The area itself was very busy, expensive and lots of rubbish but the hotel itself was clean. The food was delicious but pricy - we did eat there every night though so don’t be put off by the cost!

Very good location for the Ksamil area. Quiet garden area that we good to come back to or stay before going to the beach. Several quiet beaches within walking distance good breakfast.
Room was quite small but clean and everything worked ok.

Very welcoming hosts.
Nice place just outside Ksamil and because of that it was very quiet but just a five minute walk from the beach
We had a great meal in the restaurant and the breakfasts were delicious.

I liked the property but mostly the friendly faces and sweet conversation with the owner Rida. If I go again to Ksamil I would choose Rida Village.

We really loved the location, not far from the less crowded beaches and the restaurants...and most of all the beautiful garden!

After a pleasant stay in Rida Village a couple of years ago we decided to return. Turned out to be a good decision. The place is located over Ksamil, on the road to some really nice beaches. The atmosphere is pleasant, Rida and her family are firendly and the food served is tasty.

Nice escape from noisy and touristic Ksamil. It is run by a lovely family. Very nice breakfast with homemade food and also the restaurant is good.
It is the perfect place to stay if you prefer a more quiet stay and want to avoid the very touristic areas.
Prices in the restaurant are quite high compared to other restaurants in Ksamil.

Great location to go to the beach, the owner was extremely nice and the breakfast was great! We actually wanted to stay one more night, but the place was full.

If you are looking for a quiet accomodation in the crowded and noisy Ksamil / Saranda, this is the place for you. 10-15 mins walking distance from downtown, you will get peace, silence (or very soft music), very good food (among the best breakfasts and dinners we had in Albania), very friendly and helpful staff (Rida speaks fluently English and Italian). All in all, great value for money. Rooms are very big, as well as the bathroom. Parking is very easy. The restaurant area is very pleasant so you will be likely to spend long time there relaxing yourself ......
Shower is "open", without curtains (well, this is quite common in Albania), but moreover the drainage of the bathroom floor is not so good, so after shower you will get wet floor in the bathroom for half day. Small lamps beside both sides of the double bed would be welcome.

The location, an oasis of calm surrounded by fields with pretty outdoor space, sitting areas and garden. Five minutes walk from the town and beach. Great breakfast and enjoyed chatting with the owner who was very helpful and friendly. Very clean spacious room and comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Nice place out of the center of Ksamil. If you look for quiet place to relaxation it`s something for you. Not so far from few nice beaches. Room was cleaned daily. What you have to do for sure - try mussels at the dinner ;-) in Ridas restaurant.
