It was good, but it was not worth the money

Location was good, close to few relatively good beaches. Outside area was great, full of trees and flowers, pleasant for evenings. Parking was also great, cars were under the shade all day.

Fridge leaked water. My toddler slipped and fell, could have been injured. There were ants inside, we had to buy bug spray. Wifi signal was bad, had to go out of the apartment to get signal. Only one set of sheets / towels provided for 10 day stay.

Excellent apartments and in a perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of the main town but easily walkable to the beach and the bars and restaurants. The owner is super helpful with advice and recommendations on where to go and what to do. They have a little market across the road with some basic supplies which is useful. Has secure parking. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice property

The property was lovely and located 3 mins away from Lori beach and the centre. The hotel is uphill so be ready to walk but its not that much of a walk maybe a minute. The host was lovely and even showed us a shortcut into the apartments which saved us a lot of time. The apartments were clean and the air conditioning was great too. The hammock was very comfortable and it was very quiet at night. Overall it was great and amazing for the price we got the property at!! Thank you.

Exceptional

Just ignore some boring hotel rooms, this is what you need to experience Albanian nature and culture. The hosts here are super friendly and helpful. You can make a BBQ here without a problem as well. Just come here and enjoy ❤️🖤

Sweet homestay a short walk from Ksamil

What a lovely hosts! We were happy to have enjoyed this awesome Albanian hospitality. While you are staying in an extension of the hosts' home, you feel like you basically have your own house. Everything is very quiet around the place, just the occasional cat, dog or cattle making some sounds. The place is kept clean and you enjoy all the facilities you need. Also, you have a huge garden and are very close to one of the most quiet beaches of Ksamil. We enjoyed our night here and will definitely return when we come back to Albania!

The location is a short walk from Ksamil but not very easy to find (we arrived in the dark so that was also our mistake). However, just ask anyone on the street or just use the google maps location and you will arrive in no time; everything is very close in Ksamil anyway.

Disappointing

Hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

The apartment had a broken gas cooker, the hose under the sink broke and water spilled and in general it didn’t seem like someone checked the apartment before giving it to us. However, everything that we asked to be fixed was fixed right away. It just would have been nice not to have those problems in the first place.

Fuori dal caos e vicino a spiagge meravigliose

Zona tranquilla con spiagge vicine. Non è necessario utilizzare l'auto. In 10-15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge tutto. Attrezzatura cucina basica ma funzionale. Posto auto nel giardino della struttura. Pagamento sia in Lek che in euro alla struttura

Le calme La gentillesse de l'hôte. Il nous a donné le nom de 2 restaurants que nous avons fait et c'était excellent. La proximité avec une jolie plage et le centre ville.

La salle de bain est mal pensée. Assis sur les toilettes avec les pieds dans le bac à douche. Aucune intimité pour les repas, les tables sont trop proches les unes des autres.

La struttura si trova a pochi passi dal mare ed a qualche centinaio di metri dal centro di ksamil. Host sempre pronto e disponibile a qualsiasi esigenza. Siamo stati solamente due giorni ma l’esperienza è stata più molto piacevole

Peccato solo per il wi-fi che almeno nello stabile in cui abbiamo alloggiato noi, aveva un segnale molto debole e spesso cadeva…

Pessimo, non lo consiglio a nessuno

Il ritiro delle chiavi è stato semplice, è bastata una telefonata.

La pulizia della stanza, e in particolare delle lenzuola, lasciava molto a desiderare. Il bagno era privo di piatto doccia, rendendone l’utilizzo piuttosto scomodo. Un altro aspetto poco chiaro riguarda la politica di cancellazione: una volta prenotata la struttura, avevo solo cinque giorni di tempo per disdire gratuitamente, un limite piuttosto ristretto. Il problema più grave, però, è stato il pagamento: siamo state obbligate a saldare l’intero importo in contanti all’ultimo momento, nonostante su Booking fosse indicato che il costo sarebbe stato addebitato dopo la prima notte. Questo ci ha costrette a cercare in fretta un bancomat, affrontando il traffico di Ksamil e pagando 10 € di commissioni per il prelievo. Inoltre, la comunicazione con l’host è risultata molto difficile, poiché non parlava né inglese né italiano.

Чудове місце за свою об'єктивну ціну!

Дуже милий господар (доречі, він ще й має свій кафе-магазин "Оni" навпроти апартаментів)! Хороше, спокійне розташування будиночку, хороші номери за свою ціну. В нас було все необхідне на 1 ніч (але об'єктивно за цю ціну це супер!). До основних пляжів 7-10хв ходьби з дитиною. Хороший дворик, відчувається місцевий колорит!

Трохи складно було знайти локацію за навігатором. Я б рекомендувала одразу їхати в Oni cafe/market, а звідти побачите заїзд до апартаментів.
