The property was very well priced for the amount of space offered and the view from the balcony. It was also well located for us, close drive to all the main beach clubs in Ksamil.
The hill to get to the property is very steep.

Staff was great and very helpful. I had a flat tire when i got there and they got someone to come within 15 minutes and fix my tire. Great place. Family owned business.

Établissement propre, grandes pièces à vivre
Très haut dans les hauteurs, ce qui n’est pas précisé du tout car 10 min à plat ce n’est pas 10 min en montée, le chemin est très sinueux, cailloux, sable, trous, chiens errants, poubelles nous y avons cassé 2 valises… c’est l’hôtel le plus loin de la plage! Mon amie a un problème au genou, du coup ça a été une grande surprise pour nous de trouver cet hôtel aussi haut perché, l’hôte n’a rien voulu savoir lorsque nous avons voulu annuler car nous avions pris 5 jours ce qui était impossible… De très bonne foi j’ai payé 2 nuits dans son hôtel quand même mais il n’a pas été compréhensif et a voulu nous soutirer tout le reste! Faites attention quand vous réservez!
