Short walk to the beach, nice pool and great breakfast

Great views from breakfast and yum breakfast with lots of choices. Cool looking pool but the weather wasn’t the best when we went and we didn’t have enough time to use but looks perfect for the summer. We swam in the sea instead a short 10 min walk away. Basic feel to the room but perfect distance to the sea for Ksamil. Ramp up to the car park can be very sketchy in the wet but good that there is a car park. Could easily stay for a relaxing beach holiday here for a week in the sun in the summer so perfect for that.

Very slippy floor in the shower which I fell over in. No tea or coffee in the room and view from the room was worse than advertised as can see the sea and beach but in front of that is a half finished building and a lot of building in the way ruining the view.

Gute Lage, sensationelle Aussicht von der Dachterrasse und vom Balkon aus (hier allerdings überall nur seitlicher Meerblick!). Geräumige Zimmer und "eigentlich" schönes Bad...

Von all unseren albanischen Unterkünften die am wenigsten saubere. Handtücher waren durch die Reihe unangenehm fleckig und alt (müssten eigentlich erneuert werden). Kleine Reparaturen (kaputte Schranktür, loser Handtuchhalter etc.) sind zahlreich nötig, alles wahnsinnig hellhörig. Frühstück vergleichsweise mittelmäßig. Preis-/Leistung hat nicht gepasst, aber in Ksamil (was uns auf der Rundreise am wenigsten gefallen hat) zahlt man eben auch für die Region.

Einfach machen mega.

Alles war super Ausblick von der Terrasse bei Frühstück einfach mega. Am hotel gibt es nichts zu meckern. Auf den Zimmern brutale Sauberkeit jeden tag wird geputzt. Handtücher am 2ten tag alle frisch und Bettwäsche. Am hotel gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Тераса на даху з чудовим видом на Іонічне море та острови, там подають смачні сніданки, привітний персонал. Зупинялись у номері 304,- достатній номер для двох з міні кухнею, є необхідний посуд, чисто, велика лоджія з неймовірним видом на море і місто.

Прохід в басейн через парковку не дуже приємно. Було б добре відгородити хоча б деревами

Estándar, el precio no se corresponde con lo que vale el hotel

La habitación era muy espaciosa, con un baño grande y cómodo. La terraza era como esperábamos y con vistas laterales al mar. El desayuno fue bastante completo a pesar de que no había algunos alimentos básicos como yogures. Personal muy agradable y disponible las 24 horas.

Había mucho ruido de niños pequeños, estábamos en la planta de más arriba y aún así se escuchaba todo a todas las horas. La cuesta para acceder al parking del hotel es muy pronunciada y se encuentra a 20 minutos caminando de media de los restaurantes y playas conocidos de Ksamil. Un precio un poco elevado para lo que terminó siendo. Parece que sea más lujoso de lo que realmente es.

Worth for sunrise and the beach nearby

The hospitality of the staff was lovely. The warm welcome, very helpful and very sweet people. The breakfast was very good with a nice view. 5 to 10 minutes walk to a small beach. If you are on the 3rd or 2nd floor, you get a view of beautiful sunrise. And the balcony was a plus for the stay.

1. The rooms were not worth the money paid. The doors were old. Sewer smell from bathroom. The switches in the bathroom were broken. The light behind the mirror had a loose connection. So it only turns on when the broken switch is pressed. The bathroom is small and doesn't have a curtain due to which most of the bathroom gets wet while shower. 2. Parking is very stressful. Driving through a steep slope, we have to park the car very very carefully so thay it shouldn't cause inconvenience to us or other tourists. The distance between the cars after parked is very close which creates very difficult to get out of the car.

Erg vriendelijk personeel. Kamer is ruim en netjes. Goed bed, fijne douche. Uitgebreid ontbijt op het dakterras met mooi uitzicht.

Prijs is flink, net als andere hotels in Ksamil. Je bereikt het hotel via een steil pad, houd hier rekening mee.

Espectacular

Las vistas desde arriba son increíbles … el personal es muy muy muy amable y atento … el desayuno es riquísimo !!! Los crepes muy buenos al igual que el bizcocho . El hecho de que te sirvan café expreso es un plus importante que no se suele ver ni siquiera en hoteles de lujo … realmente muy recomendable!!!

Hotel très bien placé mais vieillot et très cher pour le niveau de qualité.

L’emplacement, facile d’aller à Butrint. On peut tout faire à pied, proche des plages « calmes » de Khsamil. La terrasse de l’hôtel.

La taille de la chambre pour 4. Les équipements de la chambre: salle de bain minuscule, draps tachés et troués, poussière sous les lits, fils électriques des liseuses qui sortent des murs. Le rapport qualité / prix n’y est pas.

Heerlijke plek!

Het dakterras en de ligging zijn heel fijn. . Net wat buiten de ‘echte drukte’, precies op de scheiding tussen de drukke, toeristische hoofdstraatjes en de meer authentieke baaitjes. We hadden een appartement op de derde verdieping helemaal in het hoekje met prachtig uitzicht over de baai! De dame bij de receptie is heel vriendelijk, leuke ontvangst.

Emplacement idéal à Ksamil

La localisation de l'hôtel est idéale : le centre ville animé est à 3mn à pied mais l'hôtel est situé plus au calme au bout du village et un peu en hauteur. De plus, il y a un grand parking gratuit. La vue du rooftop où l'on prend le petit-déjeuner est incroyable. Les chambres sont bien équipées, le lit est confortable et la salle de bain est jolie et fonctionnelle, avec une grande douche à l'italienne. Le balcon est lui-aussi bien équipé et vous avez de quoi étendre vos serviettes et maillots de bains. L'hôtel est pourvu d'une petite mais jolie piscine, bien agréable quand on rentre de balade. L'accueil est très cordial et une personne parlant français nous a indiqué les plus belles plages à visiter.

Nice hotel in Ksamil

De receptioniste is heel vriendelijk. Ze helpt je graag verder. Het zwembad is heel mooi en proper. Het uitzicht op de zee is ok. De kamer proper en in orde. Het ontbijt is lekker en het is een buffet. Dit was heel fijn want in Albanië kennen ze dit op weinig plekken. Het is goed gelegen, net buiten het drukke centrum , 5 min op wandelafstand. Dus snachts weinig last van lawaai.

Het is een standaardhotel , niet meer en niet minder. Ze kunnen wel door wat kleine dingen het hotel wat pimpen, vind ik. Bv de weg naar het zwembad is door de ( vuile) garage langs de wasserette. Maak deze doorgang wat aangenamer met wat planten of zo...Je krijgt het ontbijt op het dak. Mooie plek maar heel warm. Wat blazers of airco zou aangenaam zijn. Als het heel druk is, heb je ook geen plek bij het ontbijt en moet je wachten tot er plaats is

The spa in the room did not get hot and flooded the floor. Our room was next to the stairs, both nights the noise from guests returning late and continuing to party in their room kept us awake.

Schöne Aussicht, Zimmer zu hell und zu hellhörig

Die Aussicht war echt schön, nur wenige Minuten zum hellblauen Meer. Der Pool hat unseren Kinder sehr gefallen.

Zimmer sehr hellhörig, ausserdem auch in der Nacht viel zu hell, durch ein Fenster bei der Zimmertüre leuchtet die Gang Beleuchtung rein. Schimmel im Bad. Bad sehr klein. Frühstück hat uns leider nicht gemundet, für unseren Geschmack das meiste viel zu süss......

The girl at the reception was very sweet, and the cleaning staff tried their best, but it doesn’t fix the situation.

This is not a hotel, it’s a hostel priced like a four-star hotel! Terrible! We chose this place based on reviews, but it turned out people don’t write honest reviews — the manager asks guests to delete negative ones. We were checked in an hour late, there was no key to the room, and the wardrobe was full of someone else’s clothes! The doors, bathroom, and everything else are in desperate need of repair and maintenance! The swing on the balcony is unsafe for children, there’s mold on the fabric, and exposed wires. The room has a window facing the corridor, which lights up with a bright light every time someone walks by at night (see photos). There is no real breakfast — it looks like food that someone already ate before you! The plates are chipped. We didn’t allow our children to eat from such dishes or consume such terrible food! We only ate watermelon and a boiled egg (compare that to the price of the hotel and the claimed “excellent breakfast”). This is fraud! A complaint has been submitted to Booking.com, but the hotel refused to cancel the reservation. Look at the real photos before ruining your vacation!

Good facility

It's within walking distance to one of the best beaches in Ksamil. Great staff. Comfortable beds and clean room. Good breakfast. Two seperate garage facilities for up to 10-12 vehicles.

The swimming pool that you share with the neighbouring Adjen Hotel (also run by Mira Mare) is small. There is a steep upward slope at the main entrance of the hotel so if you haven't rent a car, you need to climb it up. There is an alternative less sloopy road but it takes relatively longer to walk. There are a few things they can do better with the breakfast. The fruit juices they serve is of low concentration. It tastes more like water. They can provide a variety of herbal teas. And a better quality cheddar cheese. The rest with the breakfast is just fine. Expect a partial sea view from the balcony only. Or else for a better view, try to book a room with numbers ending with 5.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! We were welcomed with a warm smile — the staff were very polite and friendly. I especially want to mention the administrator — such a pleasant person, always ready to help. The owner of the hotel is also amazing — very kind, sincere, and easy to talk to. It’s clear that he truly cares about the comfort of his guests. The room was clean and tidy, with fresh bed linen and towels. Housekeeping was done regularly, and everything we needed was provided. The service was excellent. Thank you so much for the hospitality! I will definitely come back again.😍😍😍

What didn’t I like? The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave this place! 😀 It would be great to have a washing machine available — it’s really convenient, especially when traveling with small children.

Super friendly stuff! We got there a bit early and they were so nice that let us do the check-in early. Room is nice, with small balcony, where you can see the whole down. There is a good size pool, but to get there it's a bit tricky, because you have to go through the building next door. But it was nothing too complicated. On the top floor, there is a bar/breakfast place with amazing view. Unfortunately they do not serve dinner there. But there is a very nice family food place right next to the hotel, where you can get delicious food with great price! Beach is near and so are small shops. Walking distance from the main area

The way to hotel is up from very steep and narrow rise, which may scare a little, but when you get up there, it is worth it :)

Calme, confort, super vue.

Petit hôtel intimiste avec un bon confort, une grande chambre, proche des beach clubs connus de Ksamil, une terrasse en roof top très bien agencée et décorée avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Petit déjeuner complet et bon. Le personnel était très chaleureux et accueillant. La piscine est très bien, au soleil dès le matin. Je recommande.
