Grosses modernes Zimmer mit Terrasse und toller Aussicht auf die Bucht. Nettes Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Gratis parken in der Tiefgarage.

Eine wärmere Bettdecke habe ich vermisst (Wetter kühl und sehr windig)! Dauerbeschallung vom Strand, obwohl bei dem kühlen Wetter die Liegestühle nicht benutzt wurden.

Prvo bih izdvojila veoma ljubazno osoblje na recepciji i na usluživanju doručka. Posebna pohvala ide za starog čiku ne znam mu ime koji čuva i održava čistoću oko hotela, veoma ljubazan čovjek. Zatim non stop se mijenjaju ručnici i posteljina što je jako bitno za goste. Lokacija izvrsna odmah preko puta plaža Paradise i Principotes. Doručak bi mogao biti malo obilniji i raznovrsniji ali to ne mijenja moju ocijenu i moje zadovoljstvo za ovaj hotel. Ljudi preporuka kao kuća. Vidimo se iduće godine. 👋🏼❤️

Всичко беше страхотно! Пристигнахме доста по-рано и управителя ни настани безплатно в друга стая да си починем и ни подари засуска, докато стане часа за настаняване в нашата стая. Персонала беше много мил, отзивчив и усмихнат. Пред хотела има три плажа, два платени и един безплатен. Хотела разполага със собствен закрит и открит паркинг (безплатен) Препоръчваме!

Výborne ubytovanie blízko nádherných pláži. Mily personál ochotný pomôcť. Slečny na recepcii ako aj manažér hotela hovoria špičkovo po anglicky, sú Vám k dispozícii 24/7. Čisté priestory aj izby, zariadené v modernom štýle. Hotel je priamo pri pláži Diamond Beach, 5minut autom od najkrajšej pláže Ksamilu- Arameras VIP beach. Hotel ma parkovanie v podzemnej garáži aj vonku priamo pri hotely. Určite odporúčame ❤️❤️❤️

החדרים מיושנים , קיבלנו חדר שממש גובל עם הקבלה ברמה שהקיר של החדר והקיר של הקבלה הוא אותו קיר כשביקשנו להחליף כי ממש אין פרטיות אמרו לנו שיש את הסוויטה אם אנחנו רוצים ולהוסיף 130 יורו כמובן שהסכמנו ובסוף מסתבר שהסוויטה זה לא , פשוט חדר עם עוד ספה בצד , אין מים חמים בלילה והברז התפרק לנו ביידיים , היה עדיף לשלם את הכסף במלון אחר

the best location and new facilities of the onix hotel

this is a new hotel with great facilities and very clean. cca 20 rooms, which is very managable. the location is the best in Ksamil between two beaches (Lori beach and paradise beach). you can also go to other beaches - Ksamil beach and swim or kayak to the islands or by car e.g. to the Mirror beach with a beautifull hole you can swim through. very helpfull staff. the breakfast is plentifull (perhaps could be prepared a bit in advance, specially if you come first at the start at 8.00, you have to wait a bit before all is prepared). but it is served on the upper terrace which is also great! we loved our short stay in Ksamil:)

Para o preço que fazem (médio-alto) têm que melhorar o serviço de quartos e pequeno-almoço.

Cama confortável. Quarto e wc com muito espaço. Água quente sempre. Chuveiro ótimo. Vista desafogada. Varanda boa. Perto de supermercado e restaurantes. Sinal de wi-fi bom. Sorriso das meninas da recepção.

Somos duas pessoas e o hotel não permite que fiquemos com 2 cartões do quarto (não percebemos a razão), sendo muito desconfortável. O pequeno-almoço é de baixa qualidade, pouco variado e em quantidades insuficientes (não permitem que encha a garrafa de água). O serviço de limpeza diário era fraco, pois além de não repor o habitual (gel de banho, papel higiénico), era demorado (vinham a meio da tarde porque nós íamos pedir). Quando chegamos tinham erradamente 2 sofás cama montados além da cama de casal (éramos só 2). Pedimos para colocar só os sofás e só 2 dias depois fizeram isso, com muitos pedidos na recepção. O objetivo era ficarmos com mais espaço no quarto, daí a nossa insistência. Além desta demora da equipa de limpeza, o pior foi o cheiro a esgoto do WC diário. Tínhamos que fechar a porta e mesmo assim era horrível. As toalhas repostas vinham húmidas e eram rijas (tecido mau). Sugestões: ter uma forma de podermos tomar o pequeno-almoço num espaço interior com ar condicionado (só existe no terraço exterior). Uma vez que a água não é potável, ter uma garrafa de água no quarto à chegada. Já que tem máquina de aquecer água e chávenas, sugerimos que tenham uma saquetas de chá/ café para a chegada.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations — this place is a true treasure on the Albanian Riviera. Location? 10/10. The hotel is perched in the best spot you could ask for — right on the beachfront, with stunning views of the Ionian Sea. Waking up to the sound of waves and the sight of the turquoise water every day felt like something out of a movie. There’s even a free beach just across the street, which made daily swims and lazy afternoons effortless. Cleanliness & Comfort: Our room was spotless and stayed that way thanks to the dedicated housekeeping team. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, from the floors to the crisp linens. The hotel itself has a modern, stylish feel — clean lines, natural tones, and thoughtful touches that make it both relaxing and elegant. Convenience is Key: There’s a supermarket literally next door, which was perfect for picking up snacks, drinks, or anything we needed during the stay. Whether you’re in full holiday mode or traveling with kids, this detail really made a difference. The Staff – Heart of the Hotel: The team at Hotel Onix deserves a special shoutout. Every single staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Perfekter Aufenthalt für die Erholung am Strand

Wir hatten ein normales Doppelzimmer für 3 Nächte gebucht. Bei Ankunft wurde uns jedoch das Deluxedoppelzimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick zum gleichen Preis gegeben. Wir haben später auch noch eine Nacht verlängert. Auch die zusätzliche Nacht haben wir zum günstigeren Preis erhalten. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Auch sehr sehr leckere Frühstück ist zu erwähnen. Das Hotel ist direkt am Strand und Liegestuhl und Schrim können für 10 EUR pro Tag gemietet werden.

Kreditkartenzahlung ist zwar möglich, jedoch nicht erwünscht. Wir sind dem Wunsch nachgekommen und haben Bargeld besorgt (Automatengebühr 800 LEK). Bei beiden Zahlungen war an der Rezeption kein Bargeld für den (kleinen) Rückgabebetrag verfügbar. Wenn man schon den umständlichen Weg der Barzahlung bevorzugt, sollte auch genügend Rückgeld vorhanden sein, damit man die Barzahlung genau so schnell wie die Kreditkartenzahlung abwickeln kann.

De flexibiliteit bij het bijboeken van extra nachten, het zijn heerlijke bedden, de vriendelijkheid van het personeel, beschikbaarheid van een parkeergarage of parkeren voor de deur, ligging (net buiten de drukte maar alles op loopafstand), de schoonmaak van de kamers, het dakterras met uitzicht. Erg lief goed Engels sprekende meisje bij de receptie. Gewoon boeken dus.
