Highly recommended for: rustic, authentic atmosphere. Nice, quiet beach.

We loved the rural, rustic, authentic location and atmosphere within walking distance to what might be the best (or maybe: only) nice beach at Ksamil (little noise, clear water, no concrete desert). Don’t expect a high class accomodation. But if you like a little bit of albanian hospitality and are more on the backpackers‘ side: go for it.

Charming place, good location and lovely host

It was a charming little place - near to Paradise and Augusto beach and all the restaurants etc (about a 5 minute walk) but far enough away for a bit of peace and quiet. The hosts were lovely - very attentive and kind! She brought us breakfast every morning, little chocolate donuts which seem to be popular and fresh fruit and eggs. She was very helpful, we couldn’t have asked for more from her. I would highly recommend this place, if I come back to Albania I will stay here again with my family

Authentic Balkan accomodation in a few mins of the tourism-heavy areas

- very nice owner - speaks only a little english but uses translators effectively and helps as much as she can - we couldn't access the kitchen for some reason but the owner improvised a kitchen for us on the terrace - we even received honey and olive oil, nice touch - astonishing Balkan atmosphere - in the morning you go to the terrace, see olive trees, hear goats and albanian music etc, not some soulless hotel

- be aware that there is almost nothing in the rooms except two beds and a wardrobe - unfortunately there were mosquitoes even though there are none down in the village

The perfect choice of accomodation away from the crowds but still close enough to joy everything.

The accomodation was away from the madding crowd but only a short walk to the beach. The family really couldn’t be more helpful giving us local advice and loungers for the best beach. We had a problem with the AC unit and it was instantly fixed. We’ve never felt as welcome as they made us and we’d recommend this property to anyone….

Nothing as they couldn’t have done more for us.

Zle. Nie len ubytovanie ale aj Ksamil.

Tažko písať o tom čo sa nám páčilo, keďže sme po prvej noci odišli (4 zaplatené). Lokalita - záhrady, a Vila je vlastne upravená záhradná chata (a dosť neodborne). Ubytovanie čisté. Ubytovatelia prijemný, snažia sa vyjst vo všetkom v ústrety. Ksamil je pasca na turistov, už sa o tom pisalo na webe. Zábava možno tak pre mladých. Ak už tam, v Ksamile odporučam Laguna beach.

Zariadenie ubytovania veľmi slabé, nábytok starý, plastove sedenie vonku aj v kuchyni. Kuchyna pre nas nepoužiteľná. Kupeľna doslova nebezpečná, sprcha a WC spolu, smykľavá podlaha. Záhradna chata neodborne rekonštruovaná, aj keď poriadok v ubytovaní a čistota OK. Neporiadok okolo ubytovania, kamenista cesta, domace zvierata , vykaly na ceste na pláže. Hlasitá hudba z plaže do 3tej rána.

La proprietaria è stata estremamente gentile: ci ha offerto prodotti tipici del territorio, ci ha fornito molte indicazioni utili e, nonostante il nostro soggiorno sia durato solo una notte, ci ha accolto con grande calore facendoci vivere al massimo l’esperienza.

Un po tutto. Le camere erano senza porte separate mal organizata zero privacy. Bagno molto piccolo molto sporco e la finestra non si chiudeva perche mancare mezza finestra. Eravamo in quanto e non c'era manco il minimo necessario come bicchieri pianti e alteo.... Molti dettagli mancanti su booking sulla struttura

Goede locatie, super aardige gastvrouw!

De gastvrouw is super aardig! We hebben ons zeer welkom gevoelt. Het huisje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf. De ligging was ook dicht bij alles ( stranden, centrum etc).

Замечательные апартаменты, прекрасные хозяева, которые всегда рядом, если возникнут вопросы, но никогда не смущают своим присутствием. Каждое утро нас угощали вкусностями. Дети были в восторге! В номере безумно чисто!!! Полотенца, шампуни, все есть. Кондиционер работал великолепно! Также хорошо работал и вай фай.

Слишком много пеших походов. Город не рассчитан на пеших туристов. Каждый день лотерея: выживешь ли ты или тебя собьет пьяный турист на машине. Идти на пляж по жаре хоть и далековато, но зато вечером вы наслаждаетесь тишиной и отсутствием людей рядом. Также с террасы открывается красивый вид на город и горы.
