The place is great money for it’s value, nothing extraordinary. However there are flaws that should be corrected

The location is pretty centered, everything is close to it.

The everyday cleaning was quite cursory and the internet only works at the balcony

I liked the hotel, thank you very much to the staff for the cleanliness of the room. The sea is nearby. The rest was won

Location, cleaned every morning, friendly staff, many shops nearby, beaches 5 minutes away

It turned out that after dinner ants appeared in the room, not every day but they were. When the whole hotel arrived, in the morning there was not always hot water for bathing. If your neighbor smokes on the balcony you will feel it in the room. There is no soundproofing

I stayed at the Empo Hotel in Ksamil for two nights in a two-bedroom apartment, and I was genuinely impressed. The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and offered great value for the price. The location is also fantastic—close to restaurants and shops, making everything very convenient. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service and communication. After we traveled from Ksamil to Vlorë, I realized I had left my passport at the hotel. I contacted Empo Hotel, and they responded quickly and offered a helpful solution. They kindly arranged to send my passport via postal service the very next day. I even offered to reimburse them for the delivery cost, but they refused. I was so grateful for their honesty and support that I wanted to leave this review as appreciation.

One beach is very near but the beaches where all the people are is 15 mins away They dont offer late check out Kitchen only has one knive, no washmashine (cost 5 €to use from reception) No towel in bathroom for hands Very little utensils in the kitchen not even servietts or salt Bigger supermarket is also 15 mins away

Staff was really friendly, facilities very clean, parking inside facilities (not enough place for all visitors, but an extra private parking place available) good location

We were at the ground level room, and the apartment wasn't isolated very well. We could hear all noises from visitors in the next room. The room and toilet have no ventilation.

the hotel was very clean and very well located. the staff was very nice. everything was perfect and new. the hotel is newly reconstructed and everything looks perfect and the price is cheap in relation to the quality

Взагалі все чудового, адже море нереально гарне.Хоча б раз треба туди поїхати, а ми повернемось ще)

Ми були 2 роки тому у цьому готелі було все шикарно.В цьому році ми проїздом були декілька днів постіль і рушники білосніжні, в номері все є.

Меблі дещо зносились, на першому поверсі кухня має запах цвілі.Дуже не зручний душ, адже після купання вода в коридорі( треба в номер покласти швабри). Є ще мінус, але він не стосується готелю велика вологість і нічого не висихає.за два 2 навіть футболка не висохла.
