Amazing stay! Nice hosts. Would recommend!

The owners were friendly, and the area was calm and peaceful. The sea was just a 7-minute walk away, which was very convenient. Many restaurants around. We loved the one just near the house. The apartment looked just like it did in the photos. It was handy to have a washbasin for doing laundry, and the drying rack on the balcony was also useful. There was no foot towel at first, but the cleaning was done on the second day, and they noticed we needed one and kindly provided it.

There was no shower curtain, so water would splash around, and we had to use the mop — but fortunately, it was available in the room. Don’t leave food out in the room — ants came in from outside and went after my pizza. However, as long as food is stored in the fridge, there are no issues. The air conditioner behaved a bit oddly — there seemed to be a timer set somehow, and we didn’t know how to turn it off. It would randomly switch on or off, but it did the job well.

Private yet close to everything you need.

Calm and private for a family trip, with easy access to the city center and beach, as well as nearby shops and restaurants. The host was very friendly. The apartment was very spacious and clean.

If hot water is not important to you, then it’s a good value and comfortable place to stay.

The lady at the check in was very kind and friendly. The hotel was good value. It’s only a short walk to the beach.

They don’t have any hot water on cloudy days, so on the last day of my stay I couldn’t shave or shower. I asked them why there wasn’t any hot water that day and they explained that it’s because they use a solar water heater and so on cloudy days they don’t have any hot water. (And for whatever reason, they don’t leave the electrical booster for their solar water heater switched on.)

Le spiagge di Ksamil. sono invivibili, non esiste più spiaggia libera, è stato privatizzato anche tutto il bagnasciuga, pazzesco, o vivi la spiaggia come discoteca o stai alla larga da questo posti bellissimo dove la natura è stata sepolta dal business balneare.

La struttuta tutta pulita ,con tutte le cose neccesarie , Posiziona buona viccino spiagia Spazio ,balcone ,c Viccino ci sono dei bar anche dei ristoranti e supermarket I propietari gentilissimi
