Perfect stay and I’d happily return - highly recommended!

The apartment is clean, spacious, soundproofed and fully equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the view from the balcony is spectacular! Parking is available at the property and pets are welcome. The hosts are very friendly and helpful!

Great value for money with amazing view

Spacious room with fantastic view. Our room was on the first floor and the balcony was still amazing. The host is great and helpful, the room was nice. It is close to many restaurants and shops, the beaches are not far either.

The shower does not have a curtain, so the bathroom gets messy easily. There is a bit of uphill walking to reach the apartment, which is not bad, but guests should be prepared in case they don't come by car. We got our trash taken out only once during our 5-day stay, which is okay, but could be improved.

Great choice for Ksamil - clean, quiet, value for money

This place offers great value for money. It is spacious, relatively clean, and has all the basic amenities one might need on a holiday. What stands out is the bathroom, which is significantly better than what most other accommodations in the area have, with a walk-in shower with a great stream and a brand new toilet with a strong flush. Another huge plus is the amazing view - probably one of the best ones at this price in Ksamil, as the property sits up on the hill, and the sunset from the balcony is just gorgeous every night, as well as the town lights. The host is incredibly kind and takes good care of the guests - we asked for a few small things, which were brought very quickly to us. It is also quite quiet at night, away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets, and none of the guests made any noise. Overall, a great choice for a summer holiday.

What could make the experience better is to have a more seamless check-in/check-out experience. Upon arrival, there was no one at the property, and we had not received check-in instructions. We had to purchase internet to find the owner's number and also spend money calling him, only to get the code for the keys. He did note that there is WiFi information on the wall at the main staircase, but when arriving from a long journey, we did not see this, and it should not be on the guests to figure out how to contact the host to be let in the room. For the checkout, we also had to assume that we just leave the keys in the same box, as this was not specifically noted. A few things that could improve the experience is to have some basics, such as hand soap and a kitchen/hand towel, which we asked for additionally and were given. A trash bin under a sink and maybe a few more basic things in the kitchen would have been helpful and are often found in similar apartments as standard. It should also be noted and emphasised in the description that the walk to the property is very steep, although only 10mins from the city centre, for people with walking difficulties or older people, it would be a challenge.

Nice apartment with balcony and gorgeous views. Steep pathway to reach it and no elevator.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning, and a great balcony with a table and chairs. The sunset views from the balcony are absolutely gorgeous, the best thing about the apartment!!!! It is close to restaurants and beaches, although there is a steep pathway when coming from the beach. A lovely family runs the property and they are always available to help and answer questions.

The description should clearly state that a steep pathway leads to the apartment and, in addition, the building has stairs. This is not suitable for people with walking disabilities. This is a recurrent problem regarding descriptions in Booking: key information is not provided. No salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil provided. The pictures of the bathroom do not correspond to the real bathroom. This is deceiving because, as I don´t like bathrooms that get all wet, I always check that a bathroom screen or a shower curtain are provided. I chose this apartment because the bathroom looked superior to the ones of other properties. Unfortunately, it was not the case. Please see pictures provided of the bathroom showed on the Booking site and the "real" one I got.

Stosunek ceny do jakości jest dobry

Miły, szybki i prosty kontakt z gospodarzem, uzyskaliśmy dodatkowe informacje odnośnie wycieczek, miejsc wartych zobaczenia. Hotel jest na sporym wzniesieniu, dzięki czemu jest niezły widok, ale podejście jest dosyć strome. Dla nas nie stanowiło to problemu, ale może być dla osób z ograniczeniami

Ci sono tante problematiche ma la posizione e l’host salvano la situazione

L’accoglienza di Spyro è molto cordiale, ma soprattutto lui è molto disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema. La vista della casa è magica e il terrazzo al primo piano rende la struttura più fresca e comoda.

I letti non sono niente di che, diverse prese non funzionavano e la cucina completamente vuota, manco sale e zucchero c erano. Infine la cosa peggiore è il fatto che le foto del bagno della nostra stanza non c’erano e si capisce subito il perché: la doccia senza copertura e l’ambiente buio e piccolo non è all’altezza della stanza.

Logement très agréable et fonctionnel. Très bien situé (proche plage et centre). Propriétaire très gentil et disponible.

Le logement n est pas équipé de torchon, éponge, et un seul rouleau de papier WC mais on s adapte ce n est pas très grave.

Çok yardımsever ev sahipleri vardı ve bizim için çok güzel bir konaklama oldu, Manzarası çok güzeldi, odamız gayet temizdi, konumu iyiydi, yürüme mesafesinde marketler ve restoranlar mevcut, beachlere de yürüyerek gidilebilir ama dönüşünde yokuş sizi zorlayabilir, biz arabayla beachlere gittik. Otel sahibine çok teşekkür ederiz arabamızı bile yıkadı :)

Bel oasis de paix près du centre et de la plage. L’appartement était rénové et très propre. La vue sur la ville et la mer est superbe. Les propriétaires étaient très gentils et ont toujours répondus à mes questions et demandes. J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour et je recommande cet endroit.

Le wi-fi ne fonctionnait pas bien (très lent et se déconnectait souvent). Il serait bien d’ajouter quelques petites choses dans la cuisinette (poubelle sous le comptoir, égouttoir à vaisselle et linge pour essuyer la vaisselle) Sinon le reste était parfait.
