The apartment was very good value for money paid. Enclosed and safe. The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable exactly as in pictures. It is a very short walk to some famous beaches and still walkable distance to many other beaches (we walked everywhere ☺️). Miranda, the caretaker is a very helpful and efficient lady, although she speaks no English, you can still communicate using Google translate. If still needed, the host is also very responsive with messages. There's a coffee machine with free capsules given. We recommend this apartment if in Ksamil. Thank you host and thank you Miranda.

Gazde primitoare si receptive. Dna Miranda foarte pozitiva. 5 minute de la plaja LULU. Restaurantul MALIBU din pacate l-am descopit in ultima zi, delicios. Locatia Ftelea Fisch - superb! Aerul coditionat-la nivel
Zgomot puternic in dormitor de la baia vecinilor. Zgomot deranjant de pompa de apa a vecinilor zi si noapte.

Totul nou, confortabil, locuri de servit masa in apropiere, plaje dragute. Gazda a fost simpatica. La locatie am gasit trei pisicute jucause. Au Youtube, Netflix, acces bun la internet.

Zona tranquilla
L'appartamento fa parte di una villetta suddivisa in 3/4 alloggi è bene arredato con arredi nuovi e moderni un grande frigo cucina funzionale , aria condizionata un grande televisore. il bagno è dotato di una doccia molto spaziosa c'è il wc con il doccino .Il lavabo è un po' piccolo. C'è un giardino esterno , curato e pulito, con tavolino . Si trova in una zona tranquilla verso sud di Ksamil, circondato da hotel nuovi 4 stelle e soprattutto lontano dalla confusione delle discoteche. Si riesce a dormire.
Il lavabo del bagno è un po' troppo piccolo,a comunque non è un problema si può usare il lavandino della cucina. Mancano strofinacci per la cucina. Un'altra nota negativa è che gli scarichi del bagno dei emanano cattivi odori. Ma basta tenere la finestra aperta e chiudere la porta. Ma nel complesso merita un 9 pieno.
