Ksamil travel

Guesthouse is located in a tranquil area with view over the lake. Facilities were very clean and bedding and towels were changed after a few days of our stay.

Unfortunately WiFi wasn't reliable as I needed to do some work and signal was weak or crashing all the time. Advert said two bedroom but a single bed was in the same room as the kitchen. Roads in Ksamil are terrible to drive and traffic is even worse.

- good location, in a quiet street near the center and the beach - very spacious apartment, with all the equipment needed, and a huge veranda - very clean

- a little old-fashioned, with some slightly brokem facilities - the WiFi is not the best - there could be more outlets

Nice accommodation in an excellent location

The host's parents were very friendly even they don't speak English but they always tried to help. They offered us some fruits from their garden. Excellent location; just a few minutes walk to the main road where all the shops and banks are and to the beach. There's also private parking. Wifi connection was good except when there was a power-cut in the area and everything was down :(

The place was lovely, clean, spacious,owners were very friendly. We would definitely stay again. Very good communication. Great value for money.

Bathroom smelled a little bit, but it was very clean, so not sure why. Kitchen could be a little bit more equipped. Shame the owners did not speak much English to be able to help with some questions.

The apartman is on a quiet street, and we could see the red sunset from the room and kitchen. Everything is close, even the beach is in 600 meter.

A warmer bedcover would have been good.

There was nowhere comfortable to seat in the evening. Some nice garden furniture to relax, read a book would be good addition that would improve comfort. Lighting in the house could be more cosy, extra small lamp next to bed would make a big difference.

Lovely family apartment with separate bedroom, very clean, nice terace to have morning coffee, clean towels, bed sheets, kitchen towels worth for the money. Stayed end of July.

It would be nice to have biger coffee pot and some plastik chair on the terase .

Exceptional

This is our third time staying in this apartment. In a word WONDERFUL. Always clean, bed linen changed on time. The yard is nicely arranged with a beautiful garden. The location for us is more convenient, more relaxing, than to be closer to the beach and nightclubs from where at night, normally, louder music is heard. Lastly, the owners are wonderful people and I'm glad to meet them and hope to see them again 😇🙏

The room had everything we needed for our short stay in Ksamil. The beds were really nice and we enjoyed using the airconditioning (especially with the 35°C outside, haha).

Buena ubicación y personal muy amable

Está bien ubicado ya que, aunque no está en pleno centro a penas son unos 5 minutos en coche. Se puede aparcar bien en la misma puerta y la chica que nos atendió era muy amable. Pudimos hacer el check in tarde, así que genial también por esa parte

Ksamil a giugno

Struttura pulita , gestori disponibili, camera spaziosa. Un po piccola la cucina ma a Ksamil conviene mangiare fuori piuttosto che cucinare. Pieno di locali per ogni gusto e tasche

La seconda camera in realtà era un letto in cucina. Ma ciò non ha creato comunque alcun problema. Ecco magari specificare che la camera è solo una.
