Amazing Zen view

The property location is outstanding. Great spot, steps away from the beaches and bars. Amazing sunset. The staff lives near by and were very attentive to our needs.

We were there end of sept so it was quiet, but if you want a peaceful place in summer months, it may not be the right spot. Music is played loudly from beach bars until late.

Perfect little holiday home

Everything was perfect from correspondence with owner to check in. Couldn't be in a more convenient position overlooking beach and bang in centre of restaurants and bars. The room was also cleaned daily. Couldn't fault it.

right in front of the beach, good terrace, close to a lot of restaurants/bars/supermarkets and comfortable apartment

the check-in process wasn’t clear: we didn’t have access to the exact location of the house so we didn’t know where to go or park and we had to ask for help to contact the owner the apartment. the staff member that checked us in arrived 10 minutes late.

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, już bliżej morza nie można. Nie trzeba kupować leżaków na plaży, bo można wrócić na taras z pięknym widokiem na morze. Bardzo czysto, łóżka wygodne, klimatyzacja sprawna, jest czajnik, suszarka do włosów i lodówka. Miejsce parkingowe też było po wyjeździe wcześniejszych gości. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Szczerze polecam!

Emplacement idéal et bel appartement

Emplacement idéal ! On ne peut pas rêver mieux : tout est accessible à pied : plages, marchés, restaurants… Et la vue sur la mer est tout simplement splendide, surtout au coucher du soleil. Théa est très réactive, le check-in et le check-out se font facilement. La place de parking juste devant l’appartement est un vrai plus, surtout en pleine saison à Ksamil. Un excellent choix pour profiter pleinement de la ville et de la plage !

Sono stato bene. Peccato però che le spiagge siano tutte private, con un’espansione edilizia spaventosa priva di senso.

La posizione vicino alla spiaggia, la terrazza, il bagno, la macchina del caffè.

Non c’era il parcheggio, ma in genere si trovava facilmente

Der Ausblick und die Lage

Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein, z.b. ein Schneidebrett und ein Geschirrtuch zum Abtrocknen wären noch hilfreich gewesen. Sonst war alles Prima ☺️
