Biggest advantage: Absolutely perfect location (close to everything). The room is small (but that's literally visible in the pictures so it's actually okay). It was big enough. There are cameras all around the property. The parking outside is available and covered by cameras. The fridge is enormous and bigger than expected for a small room. There was enough hand-soap for the whole stay. The owner did offer new bed sheets but very late (about 5-6 days into the stay), however, we appreciate the attempt. Overall, great price for what you get (if you don't mind some annoying things).

Major flaw: The balcony door does not lock (it's broken) which is a huge safety concern since you are on the ground floor. Once the owner was notified about this he did nothing to fix it and just said that there are cameras. If the price and location weren't perfect it would be an absolute deal breaker. Also, other guests are incredibly loud, to the point of concern for their well-being (this is not necessarily the owner's fault though). The water pressure in the shower is almost non-existant and you need 10 minutes to take a basic shower. But the bathroom is small so I understand that high water pressure could cause issues with floods. No toilet paper upon arrival (only half a roll). The internet is so-so, not the best and not the worst.

Non c’era ne carta igienica ne fazzoletti, solo una asciugamano a testa, il phon air cacciava solo aria fredda.

Location is excellent, in center of Ksamil. Near the beach. Modern room.

Lack of cleanliness. The towels were old and stained.
