Simple, but worth it

Location was awesome, next to the main beaches in Ksamil. It takes 3 minutes to get to the nearest wonderful beach! The room was clean and smelled super good! They have serviced the room a few times within our stay, provided us with clean bath towels, etc. Air conditioning worked as expected :) I recommend this simple room and would definitely come back!

I don't think it's a problem solely from this property but there were 2 short power cuts in the evening in 2 out of the 5 nights we stayed. It lasted no more than 5 minutes and it affected the side buildings too. It might be a city power supply issue at peak times. The design of the shower is kinda odd, with us having to shower in a tight space, almost in the sink. Everything in the bathroom gets wet and you might get water running off the bathroom to the room as well. Just know you get what you pay for and you can be happy in this room!

Sur le document de présentation, il était annoncé une possibilité de paiement par carte, une télévision, un coin salon... nous avons dû payer en liquide, les éléments annoncés n'étaient pas présents. un des gestionnaires était désagréable

Super Unterkunft für Familien mit wenig Erwartung.

Für Leute die nicht viel erwarten und sich zufrieden geben ist es super. Mann hat alles was Mann braucht. Und nur in 3 min. Zu Fuß ist man am Strand. Sehr freundliche liebevolle Menschen.

Zweckmäßig

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut. Nur wenige Minuten Gehweg bis Ksamil Beach. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein gutes Restaurant, welches morgens auch Frühstück anbietet. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber.

Aufgrund der Lage und des günstigen Preises kann es in dem Partyhotspot Ksamil in den Nachbarzimmern etwas laut werden. Der direkt neben der Unterkunft liegende "Vergnügungspark" mit Auscooter, schließt gegen 0 Uhr. Das Zimmer selbst entspricht normalem Standard. Die Küchenzeile ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad mit an den Wasserhahn angeschlossenem Brauseteil zum fluten der Toilette und des gesamten Raumes ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Immerhin gab es einen Abzieher, um den Boden von den gröbsten Fluten zu befreien. Mit Socken sollte man aber danach nicht ins Bad. Beim Hände waschen kann es durch den ungewohnten Anschluss zur ungewollten Dusche kommen. Das Toilettenpspier sollte während des Duschens definitiv rausgenommen werden.

Il n’y a pas de douche à proprement parlé c’est un pommeau de douche branche au lavabo. Quand vous vous douchez vous arrosez toute la pièce dont les wc qui sont juste à côté. Vous pouvez vous douchez assis sur vos toilettes ! Pas appréciez du tout.
