Great location, amazing people

The service was amazing, organised transport from port & scooter hire. Really friendly and accommodating

Overall good place to stay in

For the price it is a great place to stay in. It is located around 50 meters from the main street close to the markets and all the restaurants, good for sleep as there is no noise.

The cutlery was not cleaned properly, there is no air vent to collect the smoke from the cooking.

The location was good and it was clean

Lack of facilities, didn’t even have a kettle we asked for one 3 times and they never brought one . There was also no plates just bowls

Nice and Comfortable place in the sun.

The property is very central to Ksamil, close to all the shops restaurants and water. In general the room was a good size and clean, and I loved the spacious balcony, There was even enough space to do my Les Mills Combat.

Although the location is great, there was a lot of noise in the background. As there was a lot of building works happening around the area, and its is very echoey and noisy. The internet was slow, and the tv's didn't work, together with the kettle. Other than that everything was pleasant.

The location is perfect. Next to the beach and the principal street with all the restaurants. The owner was really kind and very helpful

No merece la pena

La ubicación

Dormir con una nevera a los pies de la cama haciendo muchísimo ruido (mucho es mucho) imposible pegar ojo. Además estaba sucio todo el suelo. Pone que tienen cocina... pero no había ni platos ni una sarten y tuvimos que pedir que nos lo dieran (nos lo trajeron casi metiéndonos en la cama). Solo ponen una sabana y tan siquiera es de la medida de la cama solo daba para taparse uno y el otro se tenía que tapar con nuestra propia toalla de playa... indecente... al menos deberían revisar como se entrega el apartamento a los huéspedes y no esperar a que estos les digan que faltan cosas... encima nos traen dos platos, no vaya ser que pongamos algo para comer en el centro de la mesa y ya nos quedamos sin platos para nosotros... hemos tenido que comer con la comida en los platos en la mesa y con papel albal haciendo de plato para nosotros... no cumple ni el mínimo de los mínimos....

Economico y centrico

Económico y en el centro de Ksamil. En una calle tranquila, descansamos bien. Habitación bastante grande con pequeña cocina y un pequeño balcón privado. También una terraza amplia compartida. Y aparcamiento privado en la puerta.

No había papel WC. La TV no funcionaba. Las toallas estaban exageradamente duras y ásperas.

Top Lage für einen guten Preis und viel Platz

Sehr großes Apartment mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern, beide mit Klimaanlage! Top! Großer Balkon mit guter Aussicht. Die Lage war perfekt, direkt im Zentrum ksamils. Alles gut und schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen..der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Matratze im Schlafzimmern mit der Küche muss dringend ersetzt werden. Die ist durchgelegen. Es wäre schön, einen Ganzkörperspiegel zu haben. Das Appartment ist groß genug dafür.

Больше всего понравилось то, что жилье находится не в зоне баров и клубов. Ночная музыка не мешает спать. Очень было хорошо, что на окнах были сетки, можно спать с открытым окном, не боясь комаров. Хоть и в номере есть кондиционер. Но мы его не включали, достаточно открытого балкона. Удобное расположение, рядом остановка автобуса. Советую.

Ho soggiornato presso villa Maison per 4 notti . Posizione perfetta e tranquilla , vicino a tutti i servizi e vicino alle spiagge di Ksamil. Appartamento pulito e spazioso .Personale sempre presente e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa . Mi sono trovata benissimo con la mia famiglia . Soddisfatta .

Las camas no tenían sábanas ni mantas,tuvimos que hacer nosotros las camas. Pasamos frío. En la información del alojamiento pone que se puede pagar con tarjeta pero no es verdad, tuvimos que sacar efectivo y pagar la comisión. No se presentó el responsable del alojamiento sino un amigo suyo. El papel higiénico era insuficiente. Los baños no tienen cortinas en la ducha. Y no hay persianas. El aire no funciona. La puerta de alguna habitación no cerraba bien.

cómodo y agradable

la ubicación genial, tenía parking, el chico de la casa súper majo y atento. la llegada fue súper fácil nos llevó hasta la puerta y nos dio bastantes indicaciones. nos dijo que para cualquier cosa le hablásemos a la hora que fuera, y nos ha solucionado bastantes cosas. nos ha recomendado sitios para visitar….

todo genial la verdad, lo único que la cocina estaba dentro de la habitación
