Beautiful apartment to relax

The location is perfect. It is possible to walk anywhere you want in Ksamil and are not far from the beach. The bus station is only 3 minutes away and the bus drives to Saranda within half an hour and to the Butrint archeological park within 10 minutes. The apartment is clean and beautiful. I was in the ground apartment and it had anything I need and a beautiful front porch. The supermarkets are right around the corner. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook and store food and was equipped with a modern stove. Kosta answered very quickly to any questions I had and was incredibly helpful. I will definitely come again, I loved it there!

The location is very good,close to the beach. Big apartment,parking space . Also they let us check out a bit later,it was very nice .

Good apartment at 10 min walking from the beaches. Basically equipped but ok for long stays. Nice and very helpful host , available at any time. Courtyard with parking lots.

Not the worst place, not the best place

Staff is very helpful in assuring a good stay. View is really good and the place was clean.

There was no wifi on our floor, so description is off. Beds are rock hard, im talking the hardest bed i ever slept on... And host tried to check the next people in before the checkout time while we were there.

We had a great time with two children

The accommodation was very clean, with parking, comfortable beds, quiet place, with functional air conditioning. We had a problem with water leaking from the kitchen sink pipes, but owner Luis sent in masters very quickly and the problem was removed quickly. Bed linen was changed every three days, the apartment and the stairs were cleaned every day. Close to the center and relatively close to the beach.

I did not like the fact that there were not enough good utensils in the kitchen. For example, the coffee pot was small and old, the knives were blunt and useless.

Early departure, little comfort.

Central location for shops and seaside. Spacious apartment, quiet, with balcony. We were given a penthouse apartment which looked lovely and good sea views. I cannot comment further because we took the ground floor apartment as there was no lift.

Our ground floor apartment, spacious with ability to sleep 6 and a balcony. The apartment offered comfortable beds but little else. No drinking water was provided and had we not asked, would not have known that tap water was not drinkable. First job was to buy and carry 5 litres of drinking water. This is not very thoughtful. The apartment offered no comfort, relaxing chairs or sofa. One hand wash in the bathroom was the only other accessory besides hot water. A lot of shopping was necessary for basics so it was just as well we chose the ground floor. Large saucepans catered for 6 but besides that there was only a 'Brik' to serve the tiniest coffee ever. 3 knives, 4 forks, 6 spoons, 1 ladel! Taking a shower was dangerous as the water ran throughout the bathroom on slippery tiles.

Banheiro/Chuveiro sem Boxe opu cortina, mas isso é bem comum no País Fechadura da Porta apresentava defeito, bastante dificuldade para abrir o u fechar a porta utilizando a chave Cozinha não tinha quase nenhum acessorio, por exemplo uma espatula, e a unica frigideira estava umunda

Дуже все сподобалось. Хороша ціна! Чудові апартаменти, до пляжу - до 5 хвилин пішки. В номері було все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Власники помешкання чудові люди і дуже гостинні. Україна і Албанія = дружба і любов!!!

Nem lehetett bankkártyával fizetni. Sajnos az egyik szobában a matrac rendkívül puha volt, és minden mozdulatnál nyikorgott az ágy. WC papírból egy tekercset kaptunk A konyhában kevés edény és evőeszköz található, kés pl. egy darab volt.

Kasamil si puo' apprezzare maggiormente in periodi diversi dal ferragosto, ma e' sempre piacevole

La stanza, un monolocale molto grande, ubicata all'ultimo piano, con una bella terraza, arieggiata e fresca, con accessori tutti funzionanti. Il gestore disponibile ed accorto.
