A stay we will remember with warmth-highly recommended💪

An incredible hotel with a truly family-like atmosphere. Delicious continental breakfasts with a touch of traditional Albanian dishes made our mornings even more special. We once asked the owners if we could have a knife and a couple of plates in the room (just to try an Albanian watermelon), and they kindly helped us without any hesitation. The room was cleaned every single day, and everything felt welcoming and comfortable.

Very modern, very clean and the owners are fantastic! Absolutely recommend staying here if you visit Ksamil. Also a great breakfast was on offer each morning and the location was very central, easy to walk to most things in Ksamil.

Excellent hotel!

The hotel is located on the other side of the main road, which is perfect because you won’t be disturbed by the night life and loud music. It is close to the city center and a short walk to the beaches, not far to walk at all. The stay felt very safe and comfortable, and the rooms were clean. In the garden you also have nice seating areas if you want to relax outside in the evening. The owners are welcoming and lovely people! They were available if needed, and very helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel again!

Best Hotel in Albania – Exceeded Every Expectation

Our stay at BELSAR Hotel was truly exceptional and without a doubt the best experience we had during our entire trip through Albania. From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed by the hostess, who speaks excellent English and genuinely goes above and beyond for her guests. Her kindness and personal attention made us feel immediately at home. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. Everything we could possibly need was there: a perfectly working air conditioner, consistently hot running water, a convenient mini-fridge, comfortable beds, and plenty of storage space to keep everything organized. The balcony also offered a beautiful view, which made our stay even more special. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious and generous breakfast with a wide selection of fresh local and international products. The quality was outstanding, and it was clear that a lot of care was put into every detail. The location of the hotel is ideal: peaceful and quiet, yet within walking distance of the vibrant beaches and town center of Ksamil. What truly set this stay apart was the genuine hospitality. The staff — especially the hostess — exudes passion for their work and does everything they can to make your stay unforgettable. We didn’t feel like regular guests; we felt truly welcomed and cared for. That kind of warmth and dedication is rare and made a lasting impression on us. We stayed at several places throughout Albania, but BELSAR Hotel stood head and shoulders above the rest. Everything was perfectly arranged, down to the smallest details. It’s absolutely a place we look forward to returning to.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was tasty and fresh everyday. The location is perfect, close to beautiful beaches and restaurants by walk. Exceptional stay with outstanding service

This owner-managed property exceeded all expectations during our 8-night stay. The rooms were immaculately cleaned daily, and the location strikes the perfect balance. It was close enough to the beach for convenience, yet far enough from nightclub noise for peaceful nights. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom shower had good pressure. Highly recommend this gem!

Perfect place for couple of days in Ksamil

The rooms are spacious, very clean and the bed is comfortable. There’s mini fridge, blow dryer and AC. You will have everything you need for a couple of days by the beaches in Ksamil. Breakfasts are delicious and in a form of buffet. The best part are the employees, so polite, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Small spaces but very clean, sheets are changed every 3 days. Private parking space and well organized BBQ area. Perfect location, ten minutes walk to beaches and 2/3 minutes to bus stop to Butrint or Saranda. Recommended.

Everything was perfect! The room was as seen on pictures. We had everything we needed, including a stove top to make breakfast, coffee, or heat up some leftovers. The room was clean and we received fresh towels and new bedsheets regularly. Besimi apartments is in a great location for us. The supermarket is right around the block. There is a 24hr bakery right there as well as having a big selection of restaurants within a 6 minute walk. There is also a bus stop that can take you to Sarande or the beaches in between Ksamil and Sarande (mirror beach, monastery beach etc). We were situated right in the middle of all the beaches. We went to Ksamil for the beaches, so we were able to see every single one. If you are only interested in the main beaches, it is maybe a 10 minute walk. Lauretta was very nice and super helpful. She even managed to get us reservations for the main beach that were impossible for us to get alone. Every time we saw her she was asking how our day was and if we needed anything! We would absolutely stay here again. It was exactly what we were looking for on our trip to the sea!

Les responsables étaient vraiment très sympathiques, avec un accueil chaleureux. Nous n’avions pas envie de partir tant nous nous sentions bien ! La localisation est parfaite, aucun bruit gênant la nuit, c’est très reposant. Depuis le balcon, la vue sur la ville et les magnifiques couchers de soleil d’Ismaïl étaient superbes. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et très complet. La clime fonctionnait super bien. Mais surtout, ce qui fait toute la différence, c’est la gentillesse du personnel, une qualité qui n’a vraiment pas de prix.

La propietaria del lugar fue muy amable y atenta. Su familia quienes trabajan con ella, también. Los desayunos buffet completos y variados servidos en la zona del patio del hotel . Comer a diario en el Rrapa's restaurant ,ubicado a dos calles del alojamiento. Comimos muy bien, buenos precios y agradable atención . Habitación con baño moderno y amplia terraza (incluye un tendedero para poder colgar la ropa)

Sehr sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und ihm ist das Wohlergehen der Gäste sehr wichtig. Frisches und gutes Frühstück. Gute Lage, die Fußgängerzone ist 3-5 geh Minuten entfernt und somit eine sehr ruhige Lage.

Merci beaucoup aux hôtes pour leur hospitalité, ils n’ont pas hésité à nous fournir les contacts pour la location de voiture ou à répondre à nos demandes sur certains équipements. Le petit déjeuner varié est un vrai plus, il permet de bien commencer la journée dans un cadre paisible. La localisation est parfaite car au centre de Ksamil : que vous souhaitiez profiter des restaurants, des beach club, ou prendre le bus qui vous mène en 30min à Sarande (station de bus à moins de 5min) Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, très bonne literie, le balcon est très agréable et permet de profiter des sunsets et des feux d’artifices le soir !

Pas d’ascenseur pour le moment mais construction prévue pour bientôt (nous étions au 3eme étage) La chambre dispose d’une tv connectée avec accès à YouTube, Prime Vidéo etc mais Netflix ne fonctionnait pas hélas

Bellissimo soggiorno in una bellissima località

Personale molto accogliente e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Siamo arrivati alle 3.30 di notte e ci hanno aspettato. Abbiamo lasciato la struttura alle 7 del mattino e ci hanno dato la colazione, quando questa veniva servita dalle 8.
