Perfect!!

Everything was perfect!! The apartment was clean and very close to all the restaurants and beaches. The hosts were so welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed, even suggesting nice beaches and spots where we can watch the sunset. And they prepared traditional food for us on our last day there.🥹 100% recommend

Parking spot. Kitchen equipment. Wifi ok. Near the center. The hosts were friendly. I recommend it, especially if you need to stay more days. There is a small garden next to your room.

Nice apartment, good location, kind staff. Could do with updates and renovation

The apartment had everything it needed. The hosts mum looks after you whilst there and was very kind and helpful. She made us some traditional Albanian Petulla’s. The location is good and only a 10 minute fly walk to the beach. Host was easily contactable by WhatsApp.

The wifi didn’t work brilliantly, our air con leaked everywhere (but the hosts mum was very responsive via WhatsApp about any questions. Had to pay by cash on arrival. The apartment wasn’t cleaned at at all whilst we were there (this was for 5 nights).

Great location, close to most beaches and restaurants in Ksamil, professional and very wellcoming hosts! Very clean, big rooms, modern, spacious terrace, kitchen equipped with all you need to cook for yourself. Free wi fi and parking. We even got home made surprise pie, delicious! Very good communication with the host. We highly recommend!

The host was very kind and helpful to us. He met us despite our unexpected early check-in and provided us with all the necessary information about the nearest beaches and great restaurants. The apartment was very clean with a new air conditioner, which was crucial in this hot weather. The territory of the apartments is very lovely, with several tables outside to have dinner. The apartment is located a 10-min walk to the nearest beach and, I guess, max. 20 min away from any other beach you'd like to visit. It's near the city center, so all the shops and restaurants are very close.

Excelent accomodation. Will be back again.

Excellent location in center of Ksamil. Very close to supermarkets and restaurants and children playground. Closest beach was 5 min walking distance. Everything was clean and the room was very spacious, easily could accommodate 4-5 people.

Hospitality by the owners who spoke fluent German and good English. Good central location in Ksamil with a nice garden, close to the restorants but still aside and quiet. Apartment is in a new building with a completely equipped kitchenette. Wi-fi was stable and good. Parking provided on site.

Die Besitzer waren sehr nett. Die Betten waren gemütlich. Parkplatz vor der Tür und zentral, so das man das Auto nicht benutzen musste.

Der Kühlschrank roch sehr schlimm und das Bad war sehr schlecht, da man mit der Toilette zusammen duscht. Unterkunft zu teuer.

Очень хорошие номера! Хозяева очень гостеприимные. Ждали нас и сразу же заселили. Номера просторные, чистые. В номерах есть все необходимое. Апартаменты находятся прямо в центре Ксамиля, разные магазины, рестораны,кафе находятся в пяти минутах пешком. До пляжей пять минут на машине. Все было прекрасно! Рекомендуем!
