Good (calm) choice in loud Ksamil.

Good area in Ksamil - close to the beaches shops and center but far enough not to hear noise from bars. Swimming pool clear and sunny till earlier afternoon. Everything clean and nice staff.

Wi-fi connection in the room didn’t work at all. We haven’t ask for solving problem so maybe if we did so it could be solved. In the other hand in such type of accommodation I’d expect no problem with wi-fi connection.

Great location, shame about the curtains!

Good location, a short walk to the beach. Shops, cafes and restaurants nearby both on the beach, and on the main road in the other direction. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and tried to resolve issues where they could. The pool area was nice and clean. The air-con worked really well.

I had an older, dated apartment (no 2). The facilities were quite basic, but clean. My biggest issue was the poor curtains in the apartment - they were old and thin and did not block any light out. Outside the apartment, the balcony lights are permanently on at night and you cannot turn them off. The neighbouring property also had very bright LED lights shining straight into the apartment through the balcony. If you're light sensitive, like me, it was a real problem. The receptionists tried to resolve and did eventually manage to get their lights turned off at midnight, but there was still a lot of light coming in. They need to replace the curtains in the older apartments with proper black-out curtains - it is a simple thing to do. The other thing to note - you have to pay in CASH on arrival (check your booking all the way down and read it). I assumed I could pay by card, but couldn't and had to do an expensive ATM withdrawal to get the cash.

Enjoyable stay

It is in a good location close to the beach and local restaurants and cafes. The pool area was really nice and the staff were very welcoming. There was lots of safe parking under the hotel. The room had a well equipped kitchen area and the balcony was nice.

Strict rools?!

New and clean. Nice to have a pool included.

We booked 1 bed less because we did not need a bed for our little son (family with 3 kids). At arrival we had to pay 10Euro extra even if we didn't have an extra bed, blankets and towels for him. (we had booked without any meals) Little space on the balcony, 4 persons can not eat on a table. Also not inside.

Great stay and friendly staff

Modern, clean and in a great area that’s a walkable distance to all the great beaches in the area. Loved that there was an option to have breakfast, just incase we didn’t want to cook. We also utilised the laundry cleaning service which was around 5 euros if I recall correctly. Clothes came out smelling wonderful. The apartment had what we needed. Pool was a delight after a day in the sun.

The underground parking lot was a bit steep to get out of and required a lot of revving but that might just be our rental car!

I was given a very warm welcome and I will never forget it for the rest of my life. The staff was very helpful, kind and exceeded my expectations trying to make my stay unforgettable. Excellent location away from the main road and delicious breakfasts and coffee. A place worth recommending and if I can, I will go back there.

No trash can and I suggest allowing card payments. Local ATMs charge 600-800 Lek for cash withdrawals.
