Great place for a family

Perfect location 2 min from the sea. Great balcony with seaview, perfect for big families. Close to everything.

Just 1 parking spot for a family of 5 although the owner helped us accommodate the second car since there was a free space. Needs more furniture like a wardrobe or clothes hangers, maybe a bigger kitchen. Loud music coming from the street but to be expected.

Location location location

The location is perfect with easy access to everything, shops, restaurants, beaches. The extra large double bed is really comfortable, slept really well. Fantastic host, quick to come and replace the kettle when it broke.

We were just a couple staying in the 2 bed apartment and the only storage for clothes is 2 bedside tables and 1 wardrobe with 5 hangers and a shelf across so if you want to hang long dresses you can't. I hung all my dresses in the bathroom on the towel rack and I take travel hangers so I was ok, but we did wonder how 6 people would store clothes if staying for a week or more. There are no hanging hooks anywhere either. We used the spare beds for the rest of our clothes. I used a chair under the mirror next to the fridge for my dressing table. 😁

Unpleasant accommodation and stay

The deck overlooking the water was nice bot otherwise there is nothing I can write about the property here. We were disappointed with the stay.

Where do I start? First off, do not offer check-in at 11:00am when the unit is not ready. We couldn't go in until 12:30pm. The English comprehension of the cleaning lady who gave us the key was very poor. We tried telephoning the number for the property and the number is in Germany, not Albania. Here are all the things that we did not like; - no hot water at any stage during our stay, only cold water - no sharp cutting knives in the kitchen - no tea towels or items to dry dishes - no batteries in the TV remote - the property listing states 'Cable channels'. There are no cable channels - no power outlets in the bathroom - no blockout curtains - the street lights are very bright - you need proper curtains - there is no 'soundproofing' - the main window doesn't even have a seal between it and the wall so it cannot possibly 'soundproof' anything - scourer provided in kitchen for cleaning dishes was filthy - switch on any inside light at night and everyone can see inside - no privacy - on our final day the cold water in the kitchen was so full of air that the tap in the kitchen 'exploded' water across my clothes.

The owner was very friendly! Easy to contact through WhatsApp and helped answer some questions! Close enough to walk to everywhere! Nice and quiet and full block out so I could sleep in! Veryyy clean.

Pleasant

The location is superb. You are one minute walking from the beach. Very nice host.

There is barely any sea view. There is a house right in from of Ion, so the sea view is completely covered in one of the rooms, and in the other that does have the sea view, you can see half of it -- still a beautiful view. Something negative, which doesn´t have anything to do with the apt itself, is that there are bars playing really loud music right nearby, which start at around 12.00pm and finish at midnight. The room itself is quite bare, but does the job.

Private parking (not along the street), balcony on the shadow up to 2pm, 1 minute of walking to the beach, very helpful host, mosquito protection on a window and balcony door, 1 minute of walking to the store, bakery, first restaurants, quiet in the evening, Bus station to Sarande / Butrint is very close (3 minutes of walking)

Knowing what sort of Sea view I would have got, I wouldn't have chosen this place.

The house Is close to the beach.

The pictures on the Booking.com site are misleading: out of the 45, nos 4,6,7 relate to the same room. Nos.1,8 are take from the roof. No. 40 relates to the room I was given, but isn't very clear. The attached Pic shows what was offered as "Sea view".

Superb

Perfect location, near to the beaches. Clean and comfortable room with all needed for cooking.Clean bathroom and big balcony. Several restaurants and stores near by.

Our room wasn't have a good view from the balcony. Sea can be seen between two very near buildings. No view to garden either. Also there is no option to choose if you like to have a view. Building was hard to be found because there is no any sign on it. Checkout is very early at 10 a clock in the mornig.

The room was lovely, comfy and clean. The kitchenette was equipped enough to cook a simple meal. The place is close to the sea, stores, restaurants and the main street. There are private parking spots on the street.

At times it was really noisy from a construction site. I felt confused when we got a room with a view of a not very appealing garden. The mix of name "ion sea view" combined with photos of rooms with a sea view and the fact that I didn't have a choice while selecting a room, the option was one: studio with balcony, seems misleading to me.

Specious, clean and well equipped apartment with a wonderful ocean view. It's about 100 meters from beaches, 5 minutes walk to the bus stop. The hosts are incredibly helpful, nice and quick to response. Highly recommended !

Perfect experience! Easy check in, great communication with the host, they let us drop our bags off early and extend our stay because we were having such a great time. The location is best, 30 seconds from a beautiful beach, that gets the most amazing sun set. Close to many beaches, bars, restaurants, shops. The apartment was spotless and exactly like the pictures, beautiful sea view from the room. Fast WiFi which was important as I needed to work a few hours. I will definitely stay here again next summer. Thank you! :)

Everything you need for a simple and quiet stay in Ksamil

The host was extremely nice and polite, available to change our towels when we needed. The position is very good, a few steps from the beach and the town but still away from the noise.

Everything was fine. A smaller thing that is common in Albania is that the shower is actually just a hole in the bathroom and not an actual box.

Ubicacion inmejorable y parking propio en la puerta de la casa.

La ducha no tiene ni mampara ni cortina por lo que cada vez que te duchas el suelo de todo el baño acaba empapado. Adicionalmente el alojamiento no proporciona ni gel ni champu, por lo que tienes que llevarlo / comprarlo tu.

Der manglede generelt ting i køknet - vi havde ingen almindelige tallerkener (kun dybe tallerkener). Generelt savnede vi et bedre udstyret køkken. Flere har i deres reviews skrevet, at de savnede et badeforhæng på badeværelset. Det savnede vi i den grad også! Rummet var helt fyldt med vandet efter bad :(

Alles ok, aber die Klimaanlage im zweiten Zimmer fehlt

Die Lage ist spitze Kurze Wege zum Strand und in die Stadt

Leider ist nur einer der zwei Schlafräume klimatisiert. Das macht das schlafen für eine der Parteien zum Kampf da das Fenster öffnen dank Lärm auch keine gute Wahl ist
