Overall a brilliant experience staying here and would certainly stay here again

Location - walking distance to everything Big balcony to enjoy morning sun Helen and family - extremely helpful and extremely comfortable talking to them all. Helped with our taxi back to Saranda. Always made us feel welcome.

We did get put into a room on the ground floor and some mornings - very early - it was quite loud. The shower was very small and needs glass instead of curtain as the bathroom flooded a number of times.

Great accomodation ,but noisy sorroundings

Very clean,airy, lots of space.The host wery friendly, but also discrete. There was a garden, with fruits which you could pick🙂

The noise. The house was at about 50 meters to a road full of bars and restorants and it was wery noisy up to 3 oclock in the morning.

Incredibly comfortable and close to almost anything you could think of.

The staff was incredibly kind and they made sure our appartment was cleaned every three days. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable.

An amazing stay in a beautiful country!

We had the most amazing stay in Ksamil at Near the sea apartments! the family who owns the place really looked after us, helping us to book taxis etc, we felt extremely cared for, comfortable and safe. The location is amazing; a couple minutes walk to the closest beach and super close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, beach clubs, everything is within walking distance. The apartments are clean and comfortable with everything you need to cook and stay for a short visit. 100% would come back and definitely recommend!

Great place to stay to enjoy the beaches.

Hosts were amazing, friendly, and helpful. The place was clean and was nice that our linens were changed half way through our stay. The nice and quieter beaches of Ksamil were in walking distance, as well as nice restaurants. Would recommend booking this property.

You could hear music from the clubs at night but it wasn’t a major problem and is something you would find staying anywhere in Ksamil.

Recommended!

Comfortable and modern apartment, well equipped, quiet and very good location. In general everything in Ksamil is easy to reach, but there's a small relaxing public beach just 5 min away by foot, and a little supermarket right in front of it. The best part was Kiço! He doesn't speak one word of other language than the local, but will help you with everything you need, friendly and respectful!

There was no view from my apartment, if you need it, maybe ask the owner before.

La struttura accogliente, pulita vicino alle spiagge e servizi.Le spiagge Paradise beach e Lori beach vicinissime. Poi a destra le spiagge più affollate come Bora Bora beach. A sinistra invece le spiagge più tranquille come Landi beach & restaurant. Ristoranti a due passi. Il proprietario cordiale e sempre sorridente. Sempre disponibile , veramente una persona squisita.Parcheggio privato riservato agli ospiti. Un italiano qui si sente a casa

Am avut un sejur minunat aici! Apartamentele sunt situate aproape de Centru, de plaje, cu toate acestea am avut nopți liniștite! Gazda, Eleni, deosebit de amabilă și săritoare, fapt pentru care îi mulțumim din suflet! Recomand acest loc tutoror celor care vor să viziteze Ksamil! O experiență minunată!

Erittäin avulias ja ihana isäntäperhe. Omistaja rouva auttoi kaikissa pienissä ja suurissa asioissa. Soitti lauttaliouista, vaihto pienempiin tyynyihin pyydettäessä ja jopa lainasi rantapyyhettä. Aina hymyilevä ja ihana. Lapselta sain ihanan lentosuukkoja muistoksi. 🥰🥰

Es war eine schöne Zeit bei der Familie Nano in Ksamil. Sehr nette Familie. 🥰 Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Apartment war sehr sauber. Wir waren im Apartment Nummer 10. Nach Absprache wurde unser Zimmer zwischendurch gereinigt und Handtücher gewechselt. Es wäre ganz toll wenn für die Ankunft als Service Teebeutel/Kaffe und Wasser bereit stehen würde. Wir empfehlen gerne weiter.

Ksamil hat sehr schöne Strände und aber auch ein großes Müllproblem das hat aber mit dem Apartment nichts zu tun. Apartment ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Чисте та гарне помешкання, хороші ліжка. Чудові господарі, завжди готові допомогти. Все працює відмінно, кондиціонери в кожній кімнаті. Чарівні заходи сонця на балконі. Поруч магазини, ресторани, пляжі. Все в пішій доступності.

Все сподобалось. Можна додати мікрохвильову піч для зручності.

Дуже привітні господарі, готові допомогти з будь яких питань. Прибирання і заміна білизни кожні три дні.

Тепла вода нагрівається в баках від сонця, тому зранку в прохолодні дні в крані вона майже холодна. Але це специфіка місцевості.
